I financed my first car at Eastern Shore Hyundai a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! Danny Ponce was my sales person - he did a great job getting me all squared away and I felt comfortable and in control throughout my buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a used or new car. :D I bought used and they have a GREAT selection of affordable like-new cars! Best around.
After dealing with another local dealership, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made it. Murray's needs base approach to car sales was great. Other dealerships need to take notes. Wonderful service from top of company to bottom. I HIGHLY recommend making this your first place to shop. I will do business with them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family! WOW!! From the time I walked through the door until the time I left I was blown away by the experience I had at Eastern Shore Hyundai. I never considered a Hyundai before until recently as I have noticed more and more on the road and after doing some research I found why. As a college student I found the Elantra to be the best choice and after driving it for a year I am still as much in love with it as the day I bought it. Now back to the dealership, as soon as I walked in I was promptly greeted by the cheerful greeter who then showed me to a salesman, Mr. Jeff Glover. Jeff was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly answer all of my questions without hesitance. I told him which vehicle I was most interested in, the Elantra, and he informed me of all the great incentives they had going at the time, I was sold without him knowing yet. When he took me onto the lot I couldn't believe how many cars they had, they had every option you would ever want. What caught my eye the most was the bronze Elantra Limited w/ navigation and beige interior. Financing the vehicle was a breeze and I never felt once as if I was being taken advantage of. The vehicle I chose did not come with the all weather floor mats that I wanted and so Jeff ordered them for me and called me the day they came in and had someone clean my car before putting them in. I have been very pleased with Jeff and the dealership. I have also had two family members purchase their vehicles from Jeff, one a lease, and they were both as pleased with the new car buying experience offered at Eastern Shore Hyundai and Jeff Glover. (I even received $100 from each customer I brought to him)
I had the opportunity to drive from Pace, Florida to Daphne, Alabama, to Eastern Shore Hyundai on 2/28/2015 to shop for a vehicle. I spoke with Salesperson Danny Ponce who was from the moment we spoke to the time I finalized my purchase, the most pleasant and professional salesperson I have ever dealt with. We had the understanding that if Eastern Shore could not meet my vehicle needs that we would "part as new friends". I spent the entire day there with Danny and the Eastern Shore employees, to include meeting the General Manager, and they never failed to impress me. They all definitely are a family and work to please the "customer". Before leaving the lot, after my purchase, Danny even explained every detail of the interior of the vehicle, to ensure that I was knowledgeable of every aspect prior to leaving. The following day, I received a phone call to see if I had any questions or concerns, of which I did not. They saw to that for me. I even received a follow up call from the General Manager, Mr. Esfahani, to ask if I received good service from everyone involved. I have never had a General Manager bother to contact me once I drove off the lot. It was just the opposite, no contact from anyone once the deal was complete. I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend the drive from anywhere, to Eastern Shore Hyundai to experience a PROFESSIONAL company. They definitely have their business in order, customer COMES FIRST, period. Please ask for Danny Ponce and he definitely will not let you down. Thank you Eastern Shore Hyundai, Salesman Danny and all involved in my purchase. I am a customer for life!
I LEASED A 2013 SONATA CAR FOR MY WORK, NICE CAR, GOOD MILES PER GALLON.
AFTER TWO YEARS I DECIDED I NO LONGER NEEDED THE EXTRA CAR. I WENT BACK TO EASTERN SHORE HYUNDAI TO RETURN (EARLY) THE CAR AND PAY OFF THE LEASE. I WAS TREATED VERY BADLY, BY SEVERAL SALES PEOPLE AND A MANAGER. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO TAKE MY PAYMENT AND WAS VERY RUDE AND CURT TO ME. I WILL NEVER STEP IN THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO PALMER HYUNDAI IN MOBILE, AL. WAS TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT AND THE PEOPLE TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS.
