1 Stars - I bought a Ram truck on Dec. 21st and this has turned out to be a miserable experience. I will keep this long story short and i hope it helps someone out there avoid this dealership at all cost. I drove out from Tucson (300 mile round trip) to shop at this dodge dealer, to this day I don't know what I was thinking. For some reason I thought a PHX dealer would be better to deal with. I dealt with a sales main named Michael painter, he was great, High praise for Michael. My problems all start with Finance. I had to go to the dealership twice to sign paperwork (600 miles of driving in two days) the financing was high pressure to buy the stupid extended warranty and gap coverage. Turns out that the loan was picked up by my current bank, Tucson Federal Credit Union, where my Prius loan was through. I thought this would be good. I keep checking my account and i see my Prius has never been paid off and my new loan for the truck is now on my account. I no longer have the Prius, it now belongs to the dealership. I start to worry about this because the auto payment is about to be taken out of my account for the Prius, a car i no longer have. Finally TFCU calls me and says they got a check from LMD but it is short of the payoff amount and they ask me what to do with it. Now why I am even getting a call rather than TFCU call LMD I don't know. I told them do whatever LMD tell you to do with it, call Larry Miller. Weeks go by, the payment for my Prius comes out, no one knows whats going on so I call LMD again. The finance guy sends me to someone named Gina. I get a lousy attitude from her, she tries to pass everything back on me "I need to call TFCU, she sent the check on whatever date .... blah blah". Again why am i involved, I have bought 20 cars in my lifetime and I have never been called about any payoff problems, I just get a account and make my payments. So Gina finally calls TFCU, the check goes through to pay off the Prius but its still short of the payoff, so TCFU charged me a additional $178 to pay the vehicle off? WTH? I called Jessie @ LMD again asking who is going to reimburse me for the $178. Of course they pointed fingers and said I need to call TFCU. I call TFCU and they said "well LMD never paid off the full amount of the vehicle". WHAT A FREAKIN JOKE! I am into this runaround a month of time, 10 phone calls, unnecessary stress and i am still out $178, all because the dealership and lender "they chose "can't communicate. Miserable experience, I don't want this stupid Ram, every time I get in it I get pissed, I would rather have my Prius back and forget i ever dealt with either of these companies. Buyer beware. You get charged $500 for loan doc. fees? For what? I am so done with this, I hope I can help someone else. Skip LMD and especially Tucson Federal Credit Union.
