5 Stars - Shelly Lipton is the BEST!
Thinking about shopping for a car was painful. I just wasn't looking forward to it at all.
BUT, Shelly was so professional, personable and knowledgeable I actually enjoyed the experience.
She made sure all of my questions were answered, went to bat for me with my requests regarding finances and ensured I left with both a great vehicle that I'm proud to drive AND a the feeling I had received the absolute best care and price possible. Thank YOU Shelly!!
5 Stars - My car was nearing the end of it's lease. Amy Lorraine contacted me and offered to help me transfer vehicles. Amy found an amazing car for me and made it very easy! I was happy to not have to waste a lot of time looking for vehicles that would meet my need. Amy took the reins and found me the perfect car! Ross Murphy made the paperwork a breeze. I am very happy with my experience - and new car!
1 Stars - Overall, my experience buying a car from here was OK. My only negative was while negotiating with a sales person, a sales manager, David I believe, came out, was overly pushy even for a car salesman and almost immediately began to talk down to me and talk to me like I was idiot that didnt know anything. He even proceeded to make a joke, saying 'since youre such a professional....' in a VERY sarcastic tone
Then, after only a week with the car, a brand new 2015 Jeep Rubicon, there were heavy rains which caused water to run across the roads and puddle to form. I went through a few PUDDLES on the road and the side of the road. Next thing I know my cars transmission is acting funny. So I brought it into Airpark Dodge Service on Saturday 5/16 and they told me I flooded my transmission, which I thought was ridiculous because 1)its a Jeep, they are made for situations like this and theyre telling me I cant go through a 3inch deep puddle?
Since then I have heard nothing but BS and poor communication from the service advisers over there. Each and EVERY TIME I talk with them they have NO new information for me and essentially tell me to just 'wait' and that they will call me. Ive been waiting for almost a week now to have the warranty rep or whatever go look at my car to see if it will fall under warranty.
ITS NOW APPROACHING 2 WEEKS SINCE I INITIALLY BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO MY CAR
All they have done is dropped the oil pan and told me they needed to wait for a warranty guy
I think the service team (except Beth Ann, the only one I can rely on answer their phone) and the pace at which they move is probably the worst Ive ever experienced
5 Stars - Amy Lorraine earned my business because she went above and beyond to get me the VERY BEST deal on my new Jeep Cherokee - I could not be happier or more at peace with my decision.
Trust is always the underlying value with any salesperson and my trust with Amy rose rapidly and assuredly because of her direct, no-nonsense style of communication and the authenticity and fun she brought to the car buying experience - not something that happens every day when making such a large and important purchase.
I highly recommend Amy Lorraine and Robert Pitman in Sales, Mark in Finance and Jay in parts. I received platinum service from everyone at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep and urge anyone to visit Amy and Robert if they want a straight-shooting, easy and very fair car buying experience.
5 Stars - Amy Lorraine knew exactly how to get me in the vehicle I wanted. She did everything she could to find the right vehicle at the right price and did everything in her power to make it all work out. She went above and beyond any other sales women. So, if you go to AirPark Dodge go find her.
