5 Stars - I purchased 2001 Ford F-250 from Riverview Auto Sales and couldn't be happier. Brian, my salesman wasn't pushy and made the entire process stress free. I was surprised on how incredibly low my interest rate was! I would definitely recommend all my family and friends to go to Riverview Auto Sales!
5 Stars - Barb and Brian are great!! The vehicle I purchase even came with 18 months/ 18,000 mile warranty at no extra cost. I could not be happier…...
5 Stars - I have purchased two vehicles from Riverview Auto Sales in the last 18 months. They financed me in-house on the first one and thanks to their credit building program I was able to get my second one at 4.5% interest! Highly recommend them if you're in need for a vehicle. Ask for Bucky!
5 Stars - Relaxing atmosphere, great cars, great prices. They'll get you in the door and out in rather quickly and don't drag out the process. Definitely will be referring people here.
5 Stars - Our experience at Riverview auto sales was amazing! We had trouble finding the vehicle my husband wanted and drove from Prescott to Lake Havasu City and it was worth the drive. It took about 3 hours from arriving there till leaving including an hour for lunch. Brian did everything he could to get us the deal we were looking for with a payment in our budget. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

1 Stars - My experience with Bradley Chevrolet in Lake Havasu City, AZ, servicing my new 2015 Chevy Colorado truck and my response to their survey. BEWARE!! This is one the worst experiences ever in dealing with a vehicle service department. Both visits had problems. 1st visit, even though I emailed all the details, it was not communicated to service department. 2nd visit, I wait 3 hours to learn they tear apart the wrong door to fix a non-existent problem. The rear access door on driver side had the problem and still does. Your dealership tears apart the driver side door, (WRONG DOOR). So, basically I made a trip, waited for 3 hours for nothing. Not to mention having my new truck door assembly torn apart. I will be posting my experience all over social media. There is no excuse for these types of mistakes to happen twice in a row. Your service department employee (Diane Andtrade) on the 1st visit said, she would go back and review my original email. If she had done that, the REAR ACCESS door would of been repaired, NOT a perfectly working door. And we are just talking about rather minor issues an oil change and a door adjustment (so the open door indicator would not be on display). All they had to do was check the doors and look at the display on the dashboard before tearing the truck apart. So glad, I did not buy my truck from your dealership as I will not be back again. For what it is worth, I got an apology and a response that they are human and make mistakes. There is definitely a flaw in the process if your dealership is making these types of mistakes. At least you weren't removing my perfectly functioning kidney.

4 Stars - Service charges might have been on the high side but work was well done and I have had no further problems with my GMC Durimax. Call from service dept a week later to see if everything was ok was a nice touch. I would go back again.
