5 Stars - I have never experienced a more seamless car buying experience. Working with Scott Yamasaki is as good as it gets. I e-mailed him to make sure the car I wanted was in stock, followed up with a call to make an offer, and 10 minutes later we had a deal. I live in northern Virginia, so Scott was appointed my "agent" to make sure the car was safely transported back east. At every step of the process he was responsive and professional -- right down to making sure the cover on my car's glove compartment "packet" wasn't damaged by the dealership's sticker. The car arrived in perfect condition, and Scott helped make what could have been a complicated transaction quite simple. If only all car dealerships were so straightforward and professional...
2 Stars - Purchased an Acura TL 2013 from this Acura Dealership in 2014. I am quite satisfied with the vehicle. The service at Acura I am not really satisfied with. Don't ask me why, but I initially signed up for the extended warranty which was an extra $4000. After realizing, why pay interest on something that I'm not even using or will probably never use, I decided to cancel it to get some of that money back. I got the money back minus the months that the warranty was in effect. I had $900 of GAP coverage added on. I cancelled that too and signed paper work for this. I cancelled it in August 2014. It is March 2015 and I have still not received a refund for the GAP coverage. When I went to ask them in person, I was told that the GAP coverage cancellation was "Stuck" and is still in processing. I was asked to follow up a month later. I followed up and now I can not get a hold of anyone in finance. It's been 2 Weeks and I still can't get a hold of anyone in Finance. Not sure what's going on. I really Like Acura as a Brand put this dealership is lacking in quality customer service.
1 Stars - What service. I took a first car from them in 2011 Dec and returned the Car on 2014. I had a overage of 7000 miles OMAR the sales Guy and the Manager along with him said that they will waive all the mileage if I take a new car from them. I did take a new car from them and now Acura Financial has stuck me with a bill for that which should have been forgiven.
It did not stop at that when I leased the Car they said the Car I am returning was in an accident in the CAR FACTS so I have to pay a higher down for new Car instead of negotiated 2500 I had to pay 4000.
Today (Feb 3rd) John another sales person calls and threatens me that we only pay for half the mileage you have wrong information its in the fine print. This call came after I reported the incidence to Acura Company and he made sure that I am not recording (3 times) the conversation. What a bunch of Cheat Done with Acura for now.
5 Stars - I helped my cousin buy 2014 Acura ILX. I reached out to Jon Do (Internet Sales Manager) via email and dealt with Jon for the entirety of the process. He was incredibly responsive, professional and really great to work with. We exchanged several emails trying to finalize pricing and details of the purchase. We made it down to the dealership for a test drive a day later. Jon had all the three potential vehicles ready for us to test drive. He was very knowledgeable and professional, not pushy at all. We ended up buying the car from Jon and could not be happier with the service we received. I would highly recommend Jon and Acura of Fremont.
1 Stars - Talk about useless warranties...Is this even legal? I have left 4 messages for the finance dept. in 3 days and for some reason I am just not getting a response. First they can't even find my ext-warranty policy. That's a little scary, what in the world did I pay $4,000 for??
I not only purchased 1 vehicle I purchased 2. The c300 Mercedes Benz I purchased was so dirty to come to find out....I am to embarrassed to even mention what I found after I couldn't get this horrible smell out of the car. I called to tell them what I found in the car and GUESS what no call back or response. I finally gave up and stopped leaving messages. They lost my license plates, which I had to go to dmv and pay for them again. I am so disappointed!!!! I whish they would have helped us out but this is the way Acura of Fremont conducts business. FEATURE BUYERS BEWARE********

5 Stars - My sister was in the market for a 2010-2012 Infiniti G37. I saw one listed at AMC and inquired about it for her. We ended up going to check it out and needless to say, ended up buying it. The gentleman who helped us out was Mark and he was really nice. I've been to a few different dealerships and they all left a bad taste in my mouth. Mark gave us the CarFax without having to ask first.
My favorite part is that they did not pressure us to buy which is always uncomfortable. My sister needed to think about it for a day or two, which they understood. When it came down to price he was able to work with my sister's budget and gave her a good deal. We didn't have to haggle and go through a long uncomfortable process. Thank you for making it easy and I will come back when I am in the market for a new car.
1 Stars - 01/07/14 these people are so fake and scam and fraud...one of.the guy name Ali I talked to him about one of their car it was 2011 Bmw 335i white color sedan their list price was 29,999 I gave them my offer 29,000 out the door.they told me alright let me get the car ready when I went their sign the paper and they find out the car is under extended warranty they gone krazy they start talking to each other ...and they run my credit and got loan approved when I was about to sign they told me they can't sell the car becuz they losing money so they said they wanna sell it for 35k I was what they said they don't care ....if you wanna buy for 35k or I can leave ...all I'm saying just watch out for these giya they say something els do something els just be careful...if you contact me reply me back...cuz this is 100% real...
1 Stars - I bought a car from AMC in Fremont and i was not happy with the results. Their Customer Service skills sound good while you are in front of them. When you try to call them and make arrangements to take care of items they said they would take care of, they are never available. They said they are waiting for the parts and they would call when they came in.Never received a call. I called them many times and asked, when are they expecting the parts to come in . They said due to the holidays the parts have not arrived yet. I got the car way before the holidays and still no parts. If I were you I would definately go somewhere else to buy a car. Not very happy
2-26-14 I spoke to Sam and he was going to check on my parts and give me a call back.....never received a call. Negative star
3-4-14, I am still waiting for the parts that are on order. I had to call them to find this out. I give their service a negative 2 stars. It will add another negative if I have to call back in another week. Spoke to Markus
1 Stars - These guys are scam artist and will say anything to make a sale. I bought a 06' infiniti g35 from them and sure enough the driver side tire started to get a bubble in it and the engine was burning oil. Needless to say I got rid of the car as soon as I could and I will NEVER buy a car from them ever again.

"Wow these reviews are either written by friends of the owner or I wasn't lucky enough to purchase a reliable vehicle.
I purchased my vehicle here 3 weeks ago and it's already in the shop! My plates haven't even arrived yet and I'm shelling out $1000's in repairs. I learned to never purchase a vehicle when it's raining unless you have a dry place to go so you can do an inspection. Had I been able to inspect the vehicle, I would have seen some of the warning signs.
Here are some of the issues:
Coolant leaked from the heater core hose that goes into the intake manifold near cylinder#4. Coolant leaked into the cylinder killing my spark plug and coil. That was $100 to repair. Then the hood latch was so worn, I had to spend $40 on a new one because the old one would not lock. The right rear wheel is missing a lug nut, not sure on the cost for that as I haven't had time to pick another up. I am also missing a wheel cap in which I was told that they would put one on before I left. Drove off without it...
Now, here is the really big issue. I am losing a lot of coolant, not sure from where as there is nothing visible on the ground but I can squeeze the radiator hoses and the fluid level is constantly dropping which leads me to believe it's possibly a blown cylinder head (great, $3000-4500 for a new engine or rebuild).
Big issue number two, the transmission has been slipping in overdrive while accelerating from stops. Took it to the mechanic who informed me that my tranny is toast and currently in the shop being rebuilt at the cost of $1900-2200. Fluid was also leaking from the drive shaft seal to the tranny. I also observed the main seal on the engine had a terrible leak of oil.
In addition to all of that, I also need new brake rotors since they are warped. Does it ever end? This $6000 vehicle is almost costing me that in repairs and I haven't even made my first auto payment yet, Christ!
Some of you may wonder, has this guy called the dealer to see if they will settle the issue before bitching on Yelp? The answer is no.. I have not. Here is why;
While speaking with the salesman, I asked if they changed the fluids when they purchased the car from auction and he replied that he wasn't sure but the mechanic does a complete inspection on the vehicle and completes all maintenance as needed. If that was true, they would have detected all of these problems and fixed them. I believe they were aware of these problems and pulled one over on me to make extra $$$. If they lack the honesty and integrity prior to the sale, they won't have it after the sale. Any attempt to have them help me out financially on a vehicle they sold as-is would be a waste of time.
Oh and did I mention that the odometer reading on my instrument panel is not accurate? It shows 4000 miles less that what was reported on my Carfax, not sure how I missed that one.. I will post some photographs of my transmission, drive shaft and oil pan area. I will also post a photo of my repair bill once I get it out of the shop.
Now, one positive thing about this place. Their financing is easy for someone who doesn't have the best of credit. Thats about it. End of rant.. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND OBTAIN A PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION."
