Chi Ngov11/10/141 Stars - They got a one star from me because zero stars just weren’t an option. My experience with them started with and online appointment that I had made through the Ford website. I got a confirmation email saying my request has been sent to TUTTLE-CLICK dealership and that I should be expecting an additional confirmation email from the dealership . I waited one business day because that's what the original email said to do and to call if I did not hear from them. So I called after the 24 hours and was transferred to the service department. It rang and rang and rang with me giving up after a few minutes. I called back a while later and got through to someone in service. He took down my name and number and said someone will call me back... I'm sure I don't need to tell you that no one at TUTTLE-CLICK called me back. Even though this might seem small and insignificant, it's a sure indication of the lack of quality service; I just won't go to TUTTLE-CLICK.Eduardo Man01/12/153 Stars - Dealer is a ripoff... salesman claim cars that are normal production vehicles are limited and will not come back... ahem the Raptor isn't leaving and it's not a limited production car as they claim. They need better salesmen/workersCJ McMullin05/14/142 Stars - Service...not too great. They are always trying to "push" giving them a good rating - before you even get your vehicle returned. You will need to keep complaining about issues you have and MAKE CERTAIN THEY WRITE THEM DOWN in your documents, whether they fix them or not! Problems: 1) Charged us for an unnecessary wheel alignment. We asked for the information and shockingly of course, not only was the service rep no longer there but the aligner had been unplugged and "lost all the data" 2) Don't get a service warranty - you'll only be paying for oil changes (for the most part). Our brakes were down to nothing at the end of the contract and they would not replace them. 3) Problems with the 2nd row seat. Fixed it once and it lasted a short while before we had problems again. Now the seat won't go down and because the recurring problems were not documented - they won't fix under warranty. $120 just to diagnose. 4) Decorative side panels on rear cracked. Obviously not due to any kind of impact or wear. Car was out of warranty so they would not fix. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DOCUMENT! Best solution....go elsewhere.Mansoor Malik04/03/145 Stars - Very professional service. Thank you. MansoorAlli Klosner11/16/135 Stars - I just had a great experience at Tuttle-Click Ford so I thought I would share my experience. I recently moved to California from out of state and wanted to buy a new car rather quickly. Mark was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient as he went through every detail of the car I was looking at. After I decided to buy the car we ran into some trouble with financing (because I've never had a credit card, I have no credit). Instead of forcing me into a co-sign situation, Mark and Dean worked really hard to get me the best option, and were able to work with Ford's financing to get me approved. We were in the dealership for a few hours, but they never seemed like we were a bother, and even offered us cafe treats, coffee, and smoothies (which we eventually accepted) :). I don't usually write reviews, but everyone here was so nice that I thought I should share. Definitely pay them a visit if you are looking at buying or leasing a new car!
