1 Stars - We went here to buy a truck on Sunday 6/14/2015. Abel took my girlfriend's registration to do a quote for a trade in. We left to try and sell it privately so she could come back and afford the truck later. When we got home we realized that Gabe never gave her back the registration. We immediately called but they were closed. We called first thing Monday morning 6/15/2015 and they said Abel was not there for 2 days. We called several more times Tuesday and Wednesday and NO ONE WOULD HELP US. I decided to drive up there yesterday 6/18/2015 to get the registration myself in person. Abel told me he couldn't find it, the sales manager told me he shredded it, and the blonde receptionist told me THIS IS THEIR STANDARD POLICY to do that. Shred my registration instead of picking up the phone? Are ya kidding me? Now my girlfriend has to pay $20 to get a new registration from the DMV by mail, except she is unsure which address was on it. Therefore, she has to not only spend the $20 but actually go to the DMV which means she will miss work and even more money. I do not want any sort of compensation from these people, but I do hope the owner of this dealership gets a chance to read this and makes some policy changes so that our loss will not all be in vain.
5 Stars - After searching for 3 months my wife and I were excited to have found a style of the 2015 Cadillac Escalade at this dealership. Sales reps John Lozano and Jesse Martinez were very courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. They made our new purchase and trade in as easy as can be. I would definitely recommend their services and dealer to friends and family. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
1 Stars - Horrible customer service. Bought a used trailblazer ss from here. Tried to bring it back for some warranty work due to the transmission not shifting correctly and a rough engine idle. Service managers exact words "they all do that, just have to live with it". Another thing, I was promised in my contract that my registration would be paid and my stickers sent to me with paper work. Well, My registration was up in September of 13 and I've called 6 times and I have yet to receive anything because they out source their dmv paper work. That's a crock of shit. Never will I purchase from these crooks again nor will I ever recommend anyone to these people. They are a complete disaster when it comes to "customer satisfaction".
Update- so this vehicle was stolen from me before I could get the tags. Submitted my paper work to this awesome(sarcasm) financial rep Guillermo. I faxed my paper work to him on 3 different occasions and he still claims he didn't receive it when I have verification. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks for me to hear anything back. 3 months later, $1200.00 still having to pay my loan amount due to gap insurance. This is some bullshit. I hope people read this and put these retards out of business for cheating the smaller crowd.
1 Stars - Dealt with their parts department and service dept for a 2005 CTS. This place has not changed since it was Bunnin. It sickens me to know that I spent close to 40 grand at this location. Anyone out there thinking of buying a car here should turn around and go somewhere else. If anyone ever asks me where I bought my Cadillac I'm telling them Thousand Oaks. I completely regret going here and should have done more research. If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that instead. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
5 Stars - Robert Vizzo at Alexander GMC was an excellent car salesman: He was patient, reassuring, knowledgeable and competent. I walked away with my new Terrain happy and grateful.
