1 Stars - Their shelves are never full with product! If I go in for four different items they will inevitably be out of two of the four. It's actually very frustrating and each time I say I'm not coming back but because they are five minutes from my house I end up giving it a shot every two months or so. The last time however was officially the last time. I went for ten specific items and after 40 minutes and help from associates, I found four of the ten. Everything else was out and supposedly on the next truck. Nice try folks I've been hearing that for a year straight. I left and went to Target where I will continue to go.
1 Stars - This experience from the beginning was a disaster. Atm out of order. Both bathrooms closed at the same time fir cleaning. 5 lanes open for checkout at the 6 pm rush. Lines 12 people deep at every lane at least. Thanks for keeping it real Waltons ! Glad us sheep can keep you guys in your private jets ! Awesome
1 Stars - terrible management, long inconvenient lines, not to mention the incompetence of not keeping up with supply and demand. getting so sick and tired of it, as soon as I make a little more money be sure that I will shopping somewhere else even if I have to pay more. so true, you get what you pay, low prices for my time spending it at wal-mart.

1 Stars - ok first of all i don't want to say anything rude but today i gotta do it,this is my real story about this WALMART. freaking BAD customer service at SITE TO STORE section! okay about the service - i usually order things online so i came to pick it up at 8:30 p.m as they still working till 9:00 p.m. but there weren't any one there no matter how many times i tapped on the screen to call for help and there were some body pass over me but never asked me "have u been helped" or anything nicely, they just ignored me but i waited because i respected the computer which i used to call for help but after awhile i went find some one but as usually no one were around there so i called the walmart! after 5 mins they sent me a human being who just passed over me before without any helps! so the employees they just work thier jobs - no help as helping doesnt bring them money! so selfish, unhelpful
1 Stars - If they could hire a few competent people, that would be fantastic! Do they even drug test? The woman in the site to store area looked completely strung out and it took them 45 minutes to get through a line so I could get my order.

1 Stars - I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. This place is a total scam and they will lie over and over in order to get a sale. Here is my experience:
I purchased a 2011 subaru wrx sti. I would have had a third party mechanic look the vehicle over but Jarrett lied and said that a trusted third party mechanic had looked it over and everything was done right and perfect so I went ahead and bought the car. Two weeks later I was going to get a tune and did a compression test only to find out that it needed the entire short block replaced due to cracked rings. After getting them to help some with the rebuild (because they're just so generous! hahah) I had to go to the same third party mechanic that "had looked over the car" before and he ends up telling me that he told them not to sell the vehicle because it had been beat on and had a whole list of problems. So Jarrett basically ruined a relationship that they had with that mechanic by making him look bad, screwed me, and made justus motors look bad as a whole, all to make 1 sale! Was the thousand bucks you made off commission really worth all this Jarrett? Rita is just useless. I'll give her credit for finding me financing but I have good credit so I'm sure that wasn't too hard. Anything else though and she has no idea and needs to call someone else to ask.
Ive now put over 4 grand into the car and was without it for 3 weeks over 2 months just to have a properly running car with only 50k miles and I'm still putting money into it as i just found out that it needs a new seal on the power steering and a new fuel pressure regulator!
Side note: they will say they only do appointments so they have more time with the customer but really they just don't want the customers to talk. last time I was in there a family was looking at a car with transmission problems while another person was waiting to talk about a truck with the exhaust falling off. obviously the three of us talking didn't work out well for the dealership. They buy garbage, cover up the problems and then you have to deal with it later.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
1 Stars - Can I give zero star? BAD BUSINESS!! people at financing area of this place obviously don't know what they are doing!!! I purchased a 20K car in CASH and all they gave me was a 200$ "discount" (I am fine with that) since my budget was 20K anyways, no problem with that!...but two weeks later the lady called my husband saying that SHE forgot to charge me the county taxes, and it would be about 700$ more extra bucks and she would keep the title until I pay that money. Really????? How the F$&@ am I supposed to come up with 700$ (out of my budged,for a mistake that was not
Mine) I just paid 20 freaking thousand dollars for YOU to keep MY title because of YOUR freaking mistake????.. The bad part is not even that , I am not going to complain about needed to take my vehicle to the ford dealership 2 days after purchased the car for problems with it already ! It was my choice and a risk that I took for not purchasing their expensive ass warranting plan!! So when she talked to my husband, he didn't tell me what was going on because apparently she sucks at explaining things, and I took a day off work to go down to DMV and after wasting my gas and 3 hours in line the lady at DMV tells me that if I paid my car in cash I should got my tittle right away from the dealer!! So I went back to Justus motors and paid the money and she was all rude making looking like it was my fault for wasting my day at DMV , because she told my husband that she would keep the title until I paid the extra money!! REALLY? your mistake it's my fault ? Unprofessional people drives me crazy (you have ONE job and that's all you do!! And you still doing crap like that?) smh.. At least I bet if I went to a bigger dealership I wouldn't need to pay for someone else's mistake!!! BAD BUSINESS !!!BAD BUSINESS !!
5 Stars - This team keeps honesty and integrity high on their list. I dealt primarily with Cory and Rita and left with a good feeling. Seems like they want everyone to find the perfect fitting car, maybe its with them, maybe its not. One of the best things about Justus is they have an interesting inventory (Cheap land but exciting inventory!). Lexus, Audi, Mercedes on and on, in a tidy warehouse.
As always, walk in with your 10 most important options for your car and be willing to spend a little to get your favorite car viewed by a mechanic.

5 Stars - I recently bought a new 4runner at Justus Motors. I feel that this place is running a very simple, honest and user friendly operations. The Toyota was priced very fair. I felt like I didn't need to negotiate the price. Ryan and Rita were friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend these guys in the future.
2 Stars - I recently purchased a vehicle from here. It has been the biggest purchasing mistake of my life. I was promised that the vehicle was not owned by smoker by Rita, but after a couple days the musky smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle after purchasing it, the check engine light was on. Ryan immediately referred me to their "Warranty Company" (which only covers up to $1500, only covers very specific problems, and requires a $100 deductible). I followed Ryan's direction and began work with their warranty company. If I would of taken the vehicle to an emissions test it would of failed and Justus would have been required by law to repair the vehicle. Instead working with the warranty company has been long and painful. The underlying issue was found to be with the engine exhaust and intake valves, valve springs, and valve seats, a $2000+ repair and critical to the operation of the vehicle. My truck has been with the warranty company's mechanic for what has now been, 3 out of the 4 weeks I have owned the vehicle. I tried to call and work out some sort of settlement with the owner (Lisa Larson) but she was the worst person to work with out of anyone. The phone conversation ended with her telling me she is going to tell her warranty company to not pay a dime of the repair bill and then she hung up on me. I am now in the process of seeking legal counsel, reporting "Justus Motors to the Attorney General, BBB, and the Auto Dealer Licensing board. Working with Justus motors had been the most miserable, depressing, and disheartening experience I have I ever had and I am still without a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!
