I have been riding on the street without an endorsement for almost twenty years, and I thought I would take this course just to add the Motorcycle endorsement to my license. I was delighted to find out that there is still a lot for me to learn about riding. Our instructor, Brent, made the curriculum engaging, and almost everything is taught with a "tell you, show you, then let your try" approach. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to start riding, or just wants to find ways to get more enjoyment from riding.

I wish they actually offered the $150 scooter introduction course like they advertise online. I called t3rg and the woman who answered the phone was decent, but when I asked about the scooter course she said there was no such thing and what I actually needed to take the $350, 2 day, 10 hour motorcycle course. I'm on a 49cc scooter, cruisin neighborhood streets at 20 mph goin to get groceries and back. I don't need the same education as someone ridin a Harley at 80mph. I told her thanks for her time but I must have the wrong place because I'm just looking for a scooter class. Got back home to my computer and found that it was in fact their website that offered this 4 hour, $150 course which is more in my budget, my time limits and my basic needs. I called her back and told her about the course I found on their website that I was interested in and that's when the attitude started. BIG attitude. Like woah lady. Don't advertise something you don't offer, don't mislead people to get an extra $200 out of them, and most importantly don't be rude to someone who might be your client one day. I'll find someone else to give my money to.
I took the Basic Rider Course with T3RG and their trainer, Pete, to earn my motorcycle endorsement. It was a great experience and worth every penny.
When I signed up, they provided me with a very concise email explaining exactly where to acquire my study booklet, where to go for training, the schedule, etc. They also were very clear about their expectations of the student arriving on time, with proper materials and riding gear. There was no guesswork involved.
My knowledge and riding level was above some in the class and below others, and Pete did a great job of adapting to everyone and making sure we all were both challenged and successful.
I highly recommend this company, trainer and program to anyone wanting to be safer on the street and become more skillful at handling motorcycles.
Thanks Pete, Colleen and T3RG.
Very serious but good humored training, both in classroom and on the bike with a very small group. I've had my motorcycle endorsement for 8 months now and with a bit of perspective, I realize just how valuable this training was.
I hate to leave a poor review because the instructor I met was very friendly and seemed knowledgable, but the owner of the company is absolutely wretched. I had the misfortune of having a few phone calls with her. Both times she was very unpleasant and immediately confrontational. I tried to take the class two weeks ago, but was unable to make it due to a family crisis. I called to reschedule and explained my situation hoping for a little sympathy. I found none. She got confrontational to the point where I had to take a step back and explain to her that I wasn't trying to get in an argument. I had to pay $150 to reschedule. I tried to do the homework at 7 on the Friday before my course, and realized that the booklet required isn't available online. It's 2016, get with the times. So I show up and explain to the instructor. He was very understanding and friendly. He was going to let me complete the course, however the owner stepped in and kicked me out. We talked on the phone and she was extremely rude. I don't understand how a company can operate with zero standards for customer service. She started to curse at me on the phone until she eventually hung up after I told her I refused to pay another rescheduling fee. Apparently they do not care about sharing the joys of the road with new riders. They simply see you as a dollar bill. In the end I drove 40 mins (both ways) and payed $500 out of pocket, only to be treated poorly and have nothing to show for it. Wouldn't recommend to someone I didn't like. Please avoid.
Wendy was our trainer and let me tell you she will train you! What a pro! She took four experience drivers and turn them into better drivers.I highly recommend this school for all your motorcycle needs.
