Nathan Cornish07/11/15I like that we had a pre-scheduled meeting with a rep. They were fair and honest about the value of the vehicle we purchased as well as the trade value for my truck. We have four kids and spent a good amount of time waiting for paperwork to be pushed around, that could improve. Overall I was very satisfied.Chris Rains06/11/15Saw a vehicle online and arranged to come see it. Drove over an hour to the dealership and saw the vehicle waiting outside. Started to check it out while the salesmen came outside. I noticed the under side of was horribly rusted and got further under it to take a few pictures. I got pictures of the rusted suspension, rusted drive train, rusted shocks, coil springs, transfer case... Literally EVERYTHING under the vehicle was rusted and corroded, literally covered every inch of the underside. When pointing it out to the salesmen and showing him the pictures, I was met with the response of "Sorry, we cannot help you. Have a good day" Really!?!?! You get called out on a 2 year old vehicle covered in rust and you tell a potential customer to basically piss off?!? Fine with me, bought 2015 from another dealership.Sarah Townsend07/22/15We went up over Father's day weekend because I found the truck we had been looking for online. Met with Marcus, he is a great salesman and funny!! Got the truck drove back the 2 hours it takes us to get to the city. Half way home check engine light comes on 8 sensors are out the don't all just blow at once, fix them instead of clearing the computer ( I do work on cars, so I know). Then I get a email the need proof of income ok no problem, then we need you to drive the 2 hours from Canon City back up here cause the finance person forgot the original signatures on the paperwork, so NO CHOICE there but No compensation for their mess up. Part of the loan was a spray in bed liner sweet, no nobody told us it was an ALL day thing we only took the truck so alot of walking then we get it and the tantoe cover is gone in laying in there gone. They really thought we could take more time off work to have them put it back on in 2 days umm no give us the cover and we will do it. Husband way really late for work because no thought we might need to know that its an all day thing. I also got a state paper for the motor vehicle dept with a note they didn't have you sign this and it's holding up getting the tags...It's really annoying that none of this paperwork that you do all the time was right and it has cost a lot to go back up there twice. The shuttle was a nice and huge help and Marcus Thank you for the sale and good laughsAlyssa Mannino06/26/15I went on the website to see how much my trade in would be, never really thinking I was going to trade it in. Rodney called the next day, emailed me cars I could be interested in. I found my 2010 Ford Focus among the few. I fell in love. I told myself if it was still there Monday it was fate... It was!!! Rodney unfortunately fell ill the day I came in and was late but I was taken care of by Doe who was the most awesome person ever!! The sweetest and best Customer service I've EVER had hands down. Because of this team I got rid of my junk and am driving a safer car for me and my daughters. Thank you all :-) Alyssa M.Scott Cutlan07/08/15AutoNation Ford Littleton has TERRIBLE customer service from front end sales reps up to GM. Dealership appears to have a decent volume of vehicles, however they have consistently not followed up for a purchase. I enter the dealership with a title in hand and ready to buy. Their loss of sales is directly related to the lack of service and appreciation for my business. I received a follow up call from GM on my experience and I was honest without complaining. He said he would follow up and never did. I continued to pursue a purchase and received a call with an exact description of what I am looking for and no return call or email as I was promised. Apparently auto sales is indeed on the rise and customer appreciation is suffering. In addition, I bought a 2015 at the AutoNation Toyota dealership so apparently there is no AutoNation ownership appreciation.
