Jacob Hood05/11/151 Stars - my girlfriend and I both bought vehicles during the big sales event. they gave us a 3 day return guarantee. today we brought my vehicle (a bmw) back because of the insurance and the car falling apart. they had her vehicle there because of problems with the battery. they allowed me to return my vehicle for my old one I traded in. however when I left and my girlfriend went in to say she no longer wanted hers because again the vehicle was falling a part on the test drive they said her 3 days were up even though she wasn't allowed to have the car and only test drove it. I work in the car industry as a salesman and know that the 3 day period doesn't start until all the numbers are set and stone. she just finished the purchase today and after it falling apart on the same day somehow her 3 days are up? they sell broken cars for near retail value unless you can wrestle them down. do not ever buy here. you will get scammed for every cent you have.james denton05/18/152 Stars - Purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in Dec. 2014. I received a notice that a transmission update was required. Later 5/17/ 15 I received a post card for the same issue calling it a "Quality Improvement Upgrade". When I tried to schedule an appointment for this and other issues I was informed that they could not get to me until later in the week and that it would take several days due to other issues that are occurring in the transmission. Other Autonation Jeep Dealers could not get to me until next month. So far my over all experience with the vehicle has been mixed.Once, the car would not start and had no power at all. No lights came on when the ignition key was turned on, the car did not start, no power at all. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with living with these issues because I travel for business and am out of town more than in town. If service cannot be provided in a timely manner I wished I had known that before I purchased the vehicle. Having to wait almost a week just to get in for service, then having to wait more days for the service to be performed simply does not work for me and is a huge inconvenience. Maybe they need more service techs. Instead of servicing it, I think I'll trade it in for a Ford at Phil Long.Joseph Gerlach05/26/155 Stars - I was getting walked all over at another Jeep dealer just a few miles east of AutoNation Broadway. During one of the many, many trips the salesperson would take to "talk things over with his manager", I emailed AutoNation to see if they had what I was looking for. I got ahold of Nate and in just a few minutes he gave me a no-nonsense price for exactly what I was looking for. It was much lower than what the current dealer was haggling over so I called Nate up to see if there was any 'gotchas' that would be cause for this lower price. He said that he'd have someone bring the vehicle over from their storage location so I could see for myself. Just a few minutes later I found out that the place I was at didn't even have the vehicle I was negotiating for (but we'll get one someday - we promise). I left immediately to head over to AutoNation. I got there just a few minutes before the vehicle but I got a chance to ask about the details. Everything seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. Once the Grand Cherokee rolled up I went out to kick the tires it was perfect. I started the paperwork and soon I was driving home in my new Jeep. I couldn't be happier with the honesty and first class service I received from AutoNation. I'll be back for my next Jeep.John Smiley04/03/155 Stars - Great price and staff. We ordered a 2015 Grand Cherokee Summit and LOVE IT!! Allen was very helpful and attentive through the whole process. We would buy from AutoNation and Allen again.Amma Marfowaa-Nuako05/08/151 Stars - I went to AutoNation Chrysler to repair my wheel sensor and for diagnostic on other things I heard in my PT Cruiser. I specifically drove half hour away from my house even though I live 2 mins drive away from another Chrysler dealership because of the positive reviews. My initial experience with the wheel sensor was great however, the appointment to fix the axle was AWFUL. I dropped my car off before close on a Saturday because I had an early Monday appointment. Monday morning at 7 am I received a call from the service rep I was working with asking me how much they quoted the job. I was FLABBERGASTED that they would ask ME how much they quoted the repairs. At 11 am I received another call from the same rep telling me they ordered the wrong part for my car and they needed till Wednesday 1PM to repair my car. I called Wednesday at 1PM because I hadn't heard from the dealership. The service rep told me that the part for my car was on a UPS truck and out for normal delivery because they didn't ship it "next day air so it'll just get here when UPS gets here." He called me back around 3PM and offered me three choices because UPS had yet to arrive and the technician who was to fix my car's shift ended at 5. He said, "you can 1)pick up your car unfixed and bring it back 2)leave your overnight car and let us finish it Thursday 3)we can get you in a rental car until we fix it." Naturally, I chose the third option because I needed to get around and stop depending on others for rides. I was shocked because that option wasn't even provided on Monday when they messed up and ordered the wrong part. After getting a ride, I went to pick up the rental car shortly after that call from an Enterprise down the street from the dealership. As I made my way home through traffic I saw a missed call and voicemail from the dealership telling me my car was ready for pick up. I picked up my car this evening after work. They gave me a 20% discount on the repairs after I complained, however upon receiving the service receipt I noticed they charged me for mis-ordering the WRONG part. No one actually took responsibility, I was without a means of transportation for THREE days before a rental was offered to me and to add insult to injury I ended up paying for their mistake. NEVER again. I will NOT be returning this dealership or service center for anything because they lack basic understanding of customer service.
