I bet everyone dreads the whole car buying experience but not as much as my wife! Tyler made everything great! He was real, straight-forward and made my wife comfortable. His genuine care and desire to help us made a huge difference. He claimed to be new at selling cars but his rare professionalism was obvious through his customer care. Hats off to this car dealership, they are lucky to have such talent.
I just purchased my first car from Century 1 Chevrolet and I could not have had a better experience! The customer service was great from the moment I pulled onto the lot with my old vehicle to the minute I drove my new 2014 Chevy Cruz off the lot. Steven, Khalid, Brett, Leo, Dave, and the entirety of the individuals involved with my purchase were exceedingly exceptional. Century 1 Chevrolet has me as a customer for life. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Thank You!

By far the best service center. I didn't buy my truck here but the service has been top notch. And yes, I am one of those extremely picky types so it takes a lot to make me happy and I have zero complaints. I will definitely consider buying my next truck from this dealer in the future because of their quality service center.
I'm pretty sure that this was the best car buying experience I could ever had. Sean was very welcoming and informational about all of the cars even some of them I didn't know you guys had. He really help me to fine the right car to meet my needs and my budget. It also might have helped that we have the same last name. :)
Last week I didn't not have a great experience with them due to lack of communication. However, that day I had a great conversation with Glenn who helped the situation by talking with me and doing everything he could to make it up to me, but only had authorization to go so far. We did come to an agreement and I was less upset once I left last time. So the very next day Jay the GM called me to apologize and ask me what happened. We spoke for several minutes and he apologized over and over again and told me he would look into things and make it right. He told me he would get back to me by Monday. He called back about 20 minutes later and told me he found a solution and it was to comp me for my bad experience and also give me a rental car for the day so I would not be stranded. I could not be more pleased with how they handled the situation and the fact that the GM actually got involved and reached out to me personally. I work for a big company and having the GM take the time to reach out to me made me feel really good. For as big of a corporation as Century is and for the GM to contact me personally was a huge deal for me. It showed me that this company truly cares about the customer. I did however still have to call today at 5:30 to see if my car was done. It was done so I didn't receive a call saying my car was ready, but with all they did for me it didn't bother me. Thank you Century, Jay, Glenn, Lawrence, and Tom for all your help. :)
