2 Stars - I started out just looking for a car. The salesman told me he had a very affordable car priced at $1195...that's what I wrote down anyways. So, I went to test drive it and have a mechanic take a look at it. I liked it and decided to move to the next step. I wanted to see if I qualified for financing, but because my credit is messed up, I didn't qualify. So, I asked about the "you pay here" program. It's super expensive and would never fit in my budget! I felt like I was getting ripped off so I decided to think about it and moved on looking for car at other places. A couple weeks later, my boyfriend was coming into town from Texas and we wanted to do some Colorado site seeing together. My current car wasn't going to get us around reliably so, I decided to look into a rental car. I decided to set it up through auto integrity. The process of getting the rental was not hard at all and the customer service was good. However, the car I got is where I was very disappointed. There was 1/8 of a tank of gas in the car (it's usually standard to return the car with the same amount of gas, but usually the car starts out with a full tank), the inside was not properly cleaned, the car had hail damage, there was a squeaking sound when I drove it, and the front bumper looked like it had been in an accident at some point. The amount of money that I paid for the rental was $1 less than what it would have been had I gone to Enterprise, Budget, or any other professional rental company. So, if you are looking for a rental car, go somewhere else! I would consider going back to look at buying a car with cash, but would never ever set up financing with them!
5 Stars - Overall we had a great experience with this dealership. We got a very reliable almost new car that fist our family perfectly. Our salesman Ron, was a pleasure to deal with, was very forthcoming and honest about Vehicle histories and really worked hard to make sure he took care of his customer.
We did have a couple of issues. The A.C. in the van stopped working as soon as we bought it (it might not have worked when we bought it, it was a cold day). Secondly there was another salesman in that office that was extremely rude and profane when dealing with other customers, for all I know he could have just been having a rough day but that is hardly an excuse.
I e-mailed Scott (the owner) about these concerns and his response was LIGHTNING fast, he helped cover the cost of the A.C. repair (just a simple valve replacement), Apologized profusely for the behavior of the other salesman. I highly doubt that is behavior that anyone in that dealership will have to deal with again. It is in direct conflict with how they operate! A
It will definitely be the first place I go next time I'm looking for a vehicle. Keep up the great work Scott.
5 Stars - Just bought my third vehicle from Keith at Auto Integrity and love it! My daughter also purchased her first vehicle here. I would (and do) highly recommend them to my friends and family. As a matter of fact my sister and niece both just purchased vehicles at Auto Integrity. Keep up the good work!
5 Stars - I have purchased two "new to me "cars from Auto Integrity, ten years apart. Both times, Keith(the owner) found me just the right car. He was very helpful with financing, and even let me try each car I looked at, to make sure my English Mastiff would fit.
2 Stars - I bought a used 4runner a few months ago. What a mistake! First within a few weeks the radiator had to be replaced. They paid for it. Now less than six months later I paid over $800 in repairs on it. It needed a new Mass Airflow Sensor, New plugs and wire, new Throttle Position Sensor, and a new Ignition Coil. They should have had that all fixed before I bought it. I will never go there again and would definitely never refer anyone I know there. These other problems were more than likely spotted the when they repaired the radiator and they just didnt want to foot the bill for them letting me do it instead. So if you have to buy a car there take it to a mechanic you trust first.

5 Stars - As a US military veteran, I am proud to have done business with this outfit. Two of the men who work there are Vietnam veterans who did combat tours in Vietnam. These brave men are now working to make a living here in Loveland and deserve our support. If your looking for a quality used car, then you should let the men who served our country so valiantly, be the ones to serve you! Honest and true, I would gladly return here to do business with them again!
5 Stars - When I came here, I expected to find just another car lot. When I discovered that the prices were great and the service even better, I knew that I had arrived at the right place. These guys don't even have a dealer and handling fee like most other places. The final price of the car ends up being well below the average as well. Great service!
5 Stars - John is a great guy! He showed me to my new car with great enthusiasm! Plus, the price for the car was well over a thousand below blue book value! Wow, every other place wanted a thousand or more above blue book value for the same thing! If you are looking for a good place to do business, then look no further! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++!
5 Stars - I had a great experience working with John to buy my new car! These people are honest and forward about pricing! If you are looking for quality, then look no further!
5 Stars - John's a great guy and while I saw the right car online and came in ready to fight over price and fees etc all day, he said he didn't haggle and didn't stick anything on (except tax). I had some questions he couldn't answer, and rather than BS an answer he called a mechanic over to explain the technical details of the vehicle. In the end we got everything we needed done in a few hours, and at the price we were ready to pay.
