This is the absolute worst experience I have had. Test drove a car let them know what i thought and we discussed what needed to be fixed they agreed to fix it so i agreed to purchase it after the repairs were made one involving the Check Engine light. The just turned the light off. After numerous messages and calls I have not heard back from them. I turned to my lawyer and am now awaiting to see what happens. Getting a car should be a good experience. Stay away from these people.
**Beware** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! Visited this car lot, and saw what appeared to be a very nice Infiniti G-35 for my 18 year old daughter. Took it for a test drive, and it ran pretty good. Decided to purchase the car for $8000. Put a down payment of $4500 and financed the rest (in-house). Signing the paperwork & came across the vehicle damage report to which the dealer stated "The vehicle had a minor fender bender, which has been fixed. Not sure if it was the left or right, so I just have to check with the boss who's outside to put down the right information". Proceeded with the paperwork. She went in the back, and came back with my documents in an envelope. They offered a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, so out the door I went. A few days later, the engine light came on. Took it back, and he fixed it (or so I thought). Rode a few more days, engine light on again...took it back. On the 24th day, I told my daughter that the warranty was about to expire, and we needed to know what the real problem was. So I decided to take the car to Infiniti & find out. The technician came out and said "who did you buy this car from"? I replied "Best Deal Auto in New Castle". He said "Wow!! What a shame. This is a salvage car. The VIN number on the door doesn't even match the VIN on the engine. I can see a major part of the problem is electrical. The horn isn't even wired properly. Neither is the alarm. I suggest you take it back where you got it from". Furious, I returned to the dealer, told her my findings, and the same lady who sold me the car stated "I have your vehicle damage report right here. You and your daughter signed it, knowing it was a salvage car". The vehicle damage report which initially said "bumper damage" was written all over in large letters "SALVAGE TITLE...REBUILT VEHICLE". I was blown away!! Went home, opened up the envelope, and of course a copy of the vehicle damage report I signed was not in there! To end this awful story, I got a call from Geico, stating that the VIN number was the wrong VIN for that car. You can't get full coverage for a vehicle with a salvage title, so they changed 1 number on the VIN!!
the cars look good but from the 1st day I had problems. Could not get a Jersey Inspection because the Transmission was bad. Twelve people in my area have went through the same thing.
Save your money don't bother. As my lawyer advised I gave it back after 2000 dollars in expenses in 6 months.
