1 Stars - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have seen them in action. They take shit cars from auctions, dealer trade ins, and "on trade" from other customers. These cars are quickly gone over at best. I watched a customer trade a beat up vehicle in for BOTTOM DOLLAR and the son tried to sell it to me the very next day, completely untouched, in the same exact condition mechanically and cosmetically for an extra $400 claiming it was a battery fee etc. Complete bullshitters, be warned
2 Stars - They lied to us and frauded us big time, then stole tons of money from us. Buyer beware: they LOSE cash payments, then come a couple weeks later to take the truck back!!!!! They do not honor their word and are "very forgetful" and extremely unorganized! They are the worst company to deal with in Florida! RUN from this place!
2 Stars - I stopped at this lot to discuss possibly improving their online reputation by working with my design and management company. Right on cue, just like the rest of these reviews, the employees was incredibly rude to me because "I wasn't there to buy a car." Horrible humans to deal with. I'll surely never buy a car there.

1 Stars - I could literally right a book about these fools! My mother and I were looking for a car for me in April 2011 and we went to Bell & Sons because my Mom knew the family as she used to be the hairstylist for a few of them. After telling Fred Jr what we wanted to spend and what I wanted my payments to be he showed me a 2001 Nissan Sentra. I was very hesitant because it needed a bad paint job and it just didn't appear to be a good car. We drove it and it actually drove very well, but I noticed a burning rubber smell. Fred Jr said the smell was cleaners burning off the engine. He agreed to have the car painted at no charge, dropped $1000 off the price and gave me a 30 day warranty. After 2 weeks I went back because my glovebox broke, rear bumper was falling off and I still had the burning rubber smell coming from under the car. Fred Jr fixed the glovebox and said to bring the car back on a certain date to put it on the lift to see if there was a leak causing the smell and to fix the bumper. A few days later I walk outside my home and my car is gone! These thieves repo'd my car because my insurance billed the wrong acct and my payment didn't process. Then when I told them they could have asked me about it before repoing my car they told me that I was lying and that I never had the money in my acct. And when I proved to them that my INS entered the wrong billing acct # for my bank they said I was lying and that the proof I gave them was fake. And charged me a repo fee plus the payment that wasn't even due for 2 weeksfor a total of about $500. About a month later I get a knock on my door and it was 2 neighbor kids telling me that "a man just stole your car". Fred Bell had once again came and took my car because I was ONE DAY late on my payment as I hadn't gotten paid yet. In order to get my car back this time he demanded $900 which I paid. A couple of months later I was in the process of moving but was going to be staying with my Grandmother for a short time (1 month). I was at work one day and my co-worker came in and asked where my car was and I said "Outside".She said it wasn't. I called Fred Jr and yes, once again he came and repo'd my car. This time because I was staying at an address he didn't know about! He said I was trying to hide my car from them! I wasn't behind in my payments at all! So why would I need to hide my car? This time he demanded payment in full! No way I could do that. I owed 5 grand and asked if he would take half...he agreed! By paying $2500 my payments went from $300/month to $200/month. I was told it would be $100 every 2 weeks. But of course the first time I went to make the $100 payment he said that I had to pay the full month payment at that time which I did not have. A huge argument ensued like many other times. I finally moved to Brandon in August 2011 and my car was totaled my ins paid B&S $1700 and I still owe them $1300. And I can honestly say that $1300 will remain on my credit for a very long time. Because I will not give them another dime of my money! I honestly think my car was repeatedly repo'd because this family knows my family has money and that they would pay their fees as I needed the car badly. Fred Bell and his parents have cursed at me and called me names many times. I highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing from them to RUN!!!

1 Stars - I spotted a Pontiac Grand Prix sitting in these guy's lot while I was driving by (earlier today) and being on the lookout for another car I stopped in. Fred Jr. was a nice guy and was willing to negotiate but their customer service was poor. Apparently they didn't want to step out of their air-conditioned office because they handed me the keys to the car that I was interested in and told me to go have a look (rather than going out with me and telling me all about the car). After looking at the car I returned the keys and told them I would be back later.
Approximately 2 hours later I returned with several friends to get their advice on the car. At this point I was prepared to buy the car (cash in hand). We arrived at the lot and noted the "Open" sign in office window (repeat; the open sign was in the window). Rather than going to the office we gathered around the car to check it out.
About that time some very grouchy guy in a gray van pulled up and told us to leave right away. This guy was rude, inconsiderate, menacing, and apparently one of the employees. He told us once more to get out of there and said it looked like we were stealing something. At that time he informed us that the place was closed (note the open sign was in the window and it was before 5:00PM, so we had no idea). Once more he told us to leave in a threatening voice so we complied.
Needless to say, I will not be buying that car and this place will never again be getting the business of myself or my friends.
