5 Stars - I was expecting a boring class since it was court required but it was fun, quick and painless. The teacher and staff were great. I would def recommend Alfa Driving School since I have taken another class somewhere else and Alfa is way better! Now I know why they have been in business since 1992!

5 Stars - I've been going to ICF for 4 years and I absolutely LOVE it! It's got that small gym feel and the instructors learn your name and it just makes for a really comfortable and fun workout experience. The workouts are definitely challenging! For beginners I would say give it a solid month before you get the hang of things. It takes time but you'll see a HUGE improvement in your stamina and strength. I wear a HR monitor during the workouts and in kickboxing I burn between 550-700 calories. You'll always leave drenched and feeling great! The membership fees are pretty fair too. It's on the cheaper end of the spectrum for similar gyms. Obviously more than LA Fitness but you get PT training worthy workouts so you get what you pay for!
5 Stars - Great place to train. The instructors know what they are doing. I do jujitsu and coach Ethan has competed at a high level and you can see it in the coaching he gives.
5 Stars - Great group who know there stuff. All the trainers are either Pro fighters or Amateurs that could be pro. You know what you are learning is not just fluff like at the mega gyms where you just kick a bag for 45 min. They are always willing to help you with techniques or just general advise. A+
