Shawnta Williams04/10/151 Stars - I was interested in purchasing a Jeep from these guys........Darwin was VERY mean and nasty to me.....via email, and when i called in to speak to a manager, he gave me a manager that was his buddy-defended him and even stated "ma'am, your a 5(something) your NOT going to get a car!" I WILL NEVER GO THRU THEM for a car!Tyler Fortier02/03/151 Stars - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a VW Jetta in September 2014 and within a week of driving it, one of the valves blew costing me $1000. The dealership "fixed" my car and within 48 hours it started smoking from the tailpipes and I lost power to the engine. I then returned my car where they then gave me a loaner car with putting my license plate on it without telling me (highly illegal) and the car had a headlight out. I confronted them about my tag and they said it was legal, but I called the police department and they said I could get fined heavily for it. They had my car for almost 3 months and kept making me promises that my car would be fixed the next day and that it had been running perfectly. I went to go get my car and IT WAS STILL NOT READY AFTER 3 MONTHS. Also it took them almost 2 months to give me my title when it was in their possession. They did not fix a damn thing on my car. Now I am about to spend $3000 on a new turbo because they couldn't figure out that the turbo was bad. THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME A TRADE OR MY MONEY BACK. I am a student who is trying to pay my way through college and work a full time job. Now I can't go back to school for a while because im about to be set back another 3 grand. They could have at least made me a trade at the least. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! They will screw you over and not give a shit.cheri pizarro02/16/155 Stars - This was my 3rd car from AR Motorsports and the reason I keep coming back is there wonderful customer service & quality vehicles. I also like the fact that you can view the CarFax report on their website along with detailed pictures and pricing. My car buying process was quick & painless!Gigi Dimi08/26/142 Stars - Rusty was my salesman and he was the most pleasant and helpful out of everyone. Very friendly and sincere. The rest of the staff pissed me off because they were very arrogant and were interrupting our conversations to correct Rusty. Very unprofessional. I am in management and would never talk to my staff like that. This was my first experience ever buying a car so I don't know how other places are but some of my complaints include the following: I put a down payment on the car so they can hold it for me until the next Monday because I had some issues getting my money together. I was told to call them a few hours in advance so they can prepare the car and wash it. I called six hours before I showed up there and the car wasn't even moved. When they finally did wash it they didn't do a very good job at it. I still have a sticky mark from where the paper with the info was taped to the windshield. I asked them to remove the sticker that says "AR Motorsports" and one of their salesmen rudely replied with "We don't do that". Um YES You do because YOU put it there and I want it off. You don't pay me to advertise your dealership. Another salesman who was actually nice I think his name was Brian said they will remove the sticker but asked me to write a review. NO PROBLEM! BUT there's a mark on my car where the sticker was because once again they didn't do a very good job detailing my car. Another thing was they only gave me one key. Really? I have to pay for the second one. Not acceptable. I understand that when I'm purchasing an used car it comes as it is but they didn't even change the oil or knew when it was last changed. I would think you would want the car in it's best condition even if you have to bump the price a little bit. Also one of the brake lights was out and I asked them to change it and they didn't. Then when I called to tell them they told me that all the lights were working when they checked them. Few minutes later they called me back and said to come in on Friday which was 3 days later and that they will change it for me. I don't have time for that. It should have been changed when they were "getting the car ready".In the six hours they had before I went to pick it up. Anyways, those were the things that didn't really sit well with me but most of all I didn't like the rudeness that was coming from some of the staff. Rusty and Brian were great as for the rest, they need to re evaluate their career choice because they are not very good at what they do.Phillip Mobley08/05/141 Stars - I had a bad experience with these guys. I put a deposit down on a vehicle but decided not to buy it. They would not return any portion of the deposit. Not very fair in my opinion. They are more interested in selling than customer satisfaction. Buyer beware!
