Trent Cawthon03/10/155 Stars - Jimmy and his staff were great to deal with. I have bought 4 side by sides from these guys and they are always on point.Ammon Dowis02/09/144 Stars - I went to Gainesville Motorsports to swap out both my bike tires. After the front tire was changed, it started making a squeaking noise. While it did take two additional visits to correct the problem, and I am still not sure if it was there work that caused the issue, they did correct it at no charge. They also bled the brake fluid and swapped it out additionally at no charge. I can't speak for there sales dept. but am satisfied with the service they provided and will be using them again. Sometimes things don't always go right, but they corrected the problem and gave me additional service for the trouble at no cost, which is all one can really ask for when a situation like this arises.Gina Glickman11/08/135 Stars - I am posting this review on a few sites to get the word out about my experience. I was treated fairly, with respect, and got a fantastic deal on a new anniversary bike for my husband. Jody especially went above and beyond to help me make this happen, and was more concerned over choosing the right bike for his skill level and safety, than selling anything. Service has be amazing. I know most people get on-line and complain, and that most people who are happy are the silent majority. I am one of the happy customers, and we can't wait to buy a second bike next Summer from Jody and Gainesville Motorsports.Matt Golden08/31/131 Stars - Don't go here. Don't Go Here. DON"T GO HERE. First of all, They didn't treat me with the respect a customer should deserve, especially if you're going to drop some serious money on a bike. Second of all, I am "Just a kid", and this was my first time buying ANYTHING from a dealer, so once they noticed that, they took advantage of it. THIRD OF ALL, Prices on bikes, PLUS ALL THE "ADDED FEES" ARE JUST PLAIN STUPID. I feel like a complete idiot purchasing from here. The motorcycle I bought from this place, and what I still owe on it, is almost double what people are selling it on Craigslist for now (not even a year later). I got financially f*cked by Gainesville Motorsports with a ridiculous interest rate, on top of ridiculous dealer fees, on top of ridiculous extended warranty fees, on top of ridiculous assembly fees. I am a still a new rider, I bought my bike from this place almost a year ago. I have talked to many other riders, and gained a lot of knowledge and experience about bikes. Knowing what I know now, I would have never walked in that door in the first place. SOME of the blame I put on myself for being so ignorant getting into this situation, but these guys are vultures, hawks, falcons, pirates, whatever.. These guys will financially f*ck you too, if they get the chance. DON"T GO HERE, BUY FROM PRIVATE PARTY OR CRAIGSLIST. Hell, don't even do business with the maintenance department, or whatever it's called.. Don't trust the high rated reviews, it's easy to fake a "perfect" anonymous reivew.. I had no idea what I got myself into walking into Gainesville Motorsports.Terri Cassesse11/07/135 Stars - Such a great group of people. Sporting a Ninja 650 Now and I love it. Between myself and my husband we've bought atleast six bikes from Gainesville Motorsports. We also consigned three bikes and they sold them with in a month. :) Would 100% Recommend GM for the serious buyer.
