5 Stars - The BEST. I had a GREAT experience better than I have at any dealership before.
I came there on a Wednesday afternoon not trying to buy a car but maybe looking to get out of my lease soon. I spoke with Micah and he was very knowledgeable in helping me find what I was looking for. He did NOT seem like your typical cars salesman! Not only did he help me find the perfect car but my payments were almost the same in a brand new Rogue!! I even got $1000 off the warranty from Mick.
I noticed the tire pressure was a little low the next day but service took care of it free of charge.
5 Stars - John was great, very personable, and great service. He even went out of his way to get me a good deal & solve a problem on his day off. Chris was great as well in terms of getting me a great financing rate & explaining extra service options. Thanks!
1 Stars - I will never do business with Arlington Nissan again. I was not treated with the respect that a customer handing you $17,000 for a vehicle should be. Several things on their 150 inspection to qualify my vehicle as a "Nissan Certified Vehicle" were checked on the sheet as present and functioning but that was not the case. No spare tire, windshield washer fluid would not spray, the sunroof was checked as working but my vehicle didn't have a sunroof. It took them a month to get me a spare tire and fix the windshield washer fluid the whole time giving me the run around and not responding to emails or phone calls. I waited in their waiting room for 6 hours for the spare tire and an oil change, and then 4 hours for the windshield washer fluid pump to be repaired. Then, 3 months after buying the car they email me telling me that they lost the title to the car I traded into them and they need information from me to order a replacement. They are incompetent, rude, not worth your time, and absolutely not deserving of your money.
1 Stars - Worst experience ever. Giving a new car under lease without full coverage? Why not, its Arlington Nissan. And after accident you hear - nothing we could do, you should've checked your policy. Well, I thought when a salesman asks you - would you like a full coverage by Progressive, and you say "yes", it means that you will have a full coverage. But not in Arlington Nissan. Trying to contact your salesman - "He's not available at this moment, but he'll contact you as soon as possible". This "as soon as possible" appeared after one week, when I came there in person. Even one star is too much for this place. I know, that it won't harm you at all, but I'll do my best to tell all the people I know to avoid your service.
5 Stars - Victor did a great job. He walked me through the car on 2 separate test drives. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable abut the car. I would buy another from him.
