Vinh Truong07/01/151 Stars - Had a bad experience with this dealership, negotiated a price via email first before making a 90 minute one way trip. Was promised a better deal in person so I went in fully expecting to walk out if the deal wasn't any better. Original person I was dealing with by email had left for the day so I was handed to Boris. GM stepped in and gave me the same price I had negotiated via email, said id think about it and ended up not doing the deal. The following day I received an email from Boris as a follow up, I told him I was looking for an extra $1000 discount which would have closed the deal, instead, he replied back with some crazy story basically saying I was ripping them off and that I wanted $4000 off! Replied back to him and told him that was not what I wanted. Totally unprofessional to reply back to a potential customer that way, will not deal with this dealership at all now regardless of price. Stay away!!!Megan Brennan09/11/141 Stars - Only giving 1 star because less was not an option. They have had my car for a MONTH and didn't start repairs for three weeks after they had the parts. I was told I was not a priority because my repair would take 12 to 20 hours and they had lots of other cars in the shop and couldn't find time to fit in my warranty repair. Engine died at 35K miles and they still can't/won't tell me why. Then they called and said I needed new brakes all around and asked if I wanted them to do the work. I told them absolutely not after how they've treated me and handled my repair situation. Then they called back and said they could give me a "deal" and do them for $900 plus tax. What a joke! Filed a complaint with Hyundai corporate and will never bring my car here ever again! I don't even feel comfortable going in there by myself, so I have to bring my boyfriend with me. Ridiculous.Tessa Mitchell10/16/145 Stars - If you are planning on purchasing a Hyundai... Go to Napelton's and ONLY ONLY ask for Steve Cree! He goes above and beyond for his customers. I was recommended to him from my mom who purchased a car from him earlier this year. I wasn't ready to purchase when I first visited about a month ago, and he respected that. He wasn't pushy, wasn't a robot, wasn't super aggressive. I was unsure about which car I wanted, and Steve was the only salesman that I spoke to who respected my wishes to take some to think about which car I wanted. When the time came to purchase, I immediately went to Steve and he worked above and beyond to find me the exact car that I was looking for. He also came in on his day off to pick up my car, inspect it, and also went over everything inside the car with me. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great salesman, very thorough, very caring... I never felt like "just a sale" to him. I hope that if you do decide to purchase a Hyundai, you go to Napelton's and ask for Steve Cree!Marcel Manzano11/11/141 Stars - Sales guy was OK. Service department is Terrible. Bought a used Genesis Coupe for almost $20k and noticed it had a cracked bumper from what looked like a fender-bender. The service & sales manager both agreed they would completely fix the damage. It has now been 1-month and I still don't have the car. I have been back to the dealership 3 TIMES after receiving a phone call that the car is ready only to notice the same damage still there (this last time there was even a new scratch that Bob Jackson - sales manager - agreed was not there before.). At this point, it has been a month, several hours of commute back/forth and still no car. They told me today that 'hopefully' within the next week.... What a nightmare... Mike (salesman) offered a free oil change for the trouble. After reading the reviews for their oil changes on YELP, I'd rather pass on the free oil change and save me some time.Doug A08/22/145 Stars - Since I haven't had to purchase a new car in over fifteen years and was not looking forward to the experience. At a friends recommendation I visited the Napleton Valley Hyundai location and was blown away by the level of service and attention provided. I told them what type of car I was in the market for and the price I was looking to spend. I didn't make it out until later in the evening but when I arrived they had a car waiting for me to test drive. The salesman George did a great job in explaining the car in detail and spent extra time with me showing me around the lot detailing the differences between the various models and trim packages. When it came to the decision time I felt the whole group at this location, Brian, Steve, and George were more than fair, upfront and honest with me. I definitely feel secure in my decision to visit and make a purchase from this dealership.
