5 Stars - I enjoy the staff! They are friendly and lots of fun. I enjoy going just to look around. My boyfriend purchased my first bike there and the customer service has been wonderful to deal with. I will continue to do business with them for all my accessories.
5 Stars - Best personalized service! The staff at house is great, they want to help everyone on a rider to rider basis. You w ever have some sales guy trying to sell you something you don't need for your bike. I buy all my parts and get all my service done at House. House also offers local Yamaha demo days, which is great for anyone wanting to try out a new dirtbike!!!
4 Stars - Good service - very helpful to customers that want to do some or all of the work on their own. Reasonable parts prices. My new favorite shop
2 Stars - Horrible customer service. You're better off to hop on Craigslist or CycleTrader and buy a bike that way. Nothing more needs to be said.

1 Stars - Worst Customer Service Ever! I went to this place looking for some of my first gear and I did purchase a pair of gloves but holy crap it was ridiculous. when i walked into the store I was happy to see lots of inventory and 3 salesman behind the counter and after 40 minutes of looking around and not hearing so much as a peep for help from the 3 stooges behind the counter I selected my new gloves and walked up to the counter and stood there waiting after 5 minutes of standing there watching them doof off I finally said um hello id like to purchase these here gloves and one of them rang me out without so much as saying a word to me if you want customer service I STRONGLY recommend buying elsewhere I personally have had great luck with Hayden Honda in kendallville

4 Stars - I cant speak about their mechanical service, but their customer service, friendly demeanor and AMAZING line up of classic Hondas is impressive. Best shopping experience Ive had in Ft Wayne, and Ive to a couple of places.
5 Stars - First trip to Redline since the new owners took over. What a HOOT they should charge admission.
If you like Honda’s this is the place to visit. I spent 30 min just looking at all the restored bikes (all for sale).
They even had my first bike (1966 90cc)! I know what used rice burners are valued at and their prices are right on the money.
They carry all the OEM parts at the normal Honda prices. They still have one of the TOP MC mechanics in the area and (at last) they specialize in working on old bikes. I had a heck of a time finding a Honda shop that would help me work on restoring my 81 GL-1100.
Their maintenance per hour rate is slightly below the Fort Wayne going rate @ $75 per hour (vs. $80-$90 per hour at the Honda box stores).
Both the owners are Honda Nuts and it shows. Great place to buy $750 to $2,000 machines and they also have the BIG ticket $12-15,000 Gold Wings as well and they take consignments (I don’t know the %). Nothing new, all used and the staff knew their “stuff”.
4 Stars - This place really does seem like it would be great. I would never know. Who closes at 3pm on a Saturday?
I ended up going elsewhere to buy a bike. I heard good things about their service and support. Everyone buys on a weekend. I'd be happier if they were open 10 hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
They close around 4pm during the week. I've tried to go their 3 times now, even during they week and they were closed. Purchased my $16,000 honda for cash on the other side of town.
Really hope I can take it to this place when I need service!
5 Stars - Great new owner, really knows his vintage bikes. Not only are all his guys friendly, but they are knowledgeable. Lots of cool bikes and parts (they even let you look through their stockpiles for old parts like a vintage yard) They've got got fair prices on their bikes, and they have a lot of great ones - no junk. I was just going to stop by for a few minutes and ended up there for over an hour hanging out.
5 Stars - I am on a road trip and had a few problems with my Shadow - growing pains from so many miles recently. I was referred to Redline. They really took care of me. They very very quickly diagnosed the issues and got to work setting me straight. The mechanics and staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful, and even gave me tips for later on things to look for to prevent a major failure. For example, my ignition switch is going out, but does still have a good deal of life left in it. The mechanic told me what to look for to predict its failure before it actually goes out and leaves me stranded. They even looked over my bike and checked fluids, tire pressure, preload, etc. in order to give me a heads up if anything was wrong. They never tried to push any services on me that i didn't need, and took a second to make sure they had a complete list of the services I wanted so that they didn't waste any billable time and cause me to spend more than my budget allowed. These guys are great, and I would be a permanent customer if I lived in the area.
