I took my scooter here to get fixed twice, and this is what happened both times - I took it in and they charged me twice what they should have. I waited several days for a phone call before I finally called them, and they played all stupid with me, saying that they called me, and that it's been finished for days. I picked it up, and it was fine for a couple of days before it broke down again. I took it in to get fixed up again, and assumed that it would be free the second time around, but they still charged me! The cashier argued with me, saying that it's not their problem that it broke down again, and they have a business to run. I needed it fixed, so I angrily paid, and it was fine the second time around. Since they're so close to my home, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had them service my scooter again six months later, and the same thing happened. It broke down again, and I had to pay again. I'll never be back. Go to Auto Outfitters in Noblesville. Their pricing is fair, they'll call you, and they'll do it right the first time.A Google User06/26/111 Stars - I called and got a quote to have my chain/sprockets replaced. They gave me a figure and told me it would be 7-10 days from drop off. I took my bike over that afternoon. After not hearing anything for 11-12 days, I called in. They told me everything was ready and acted like I should have known this somehow. I asked what the total was going to be, and it was over double my original quote. I asked for an explanation, and the kid on the phone couldn't give me one. He said his manager/owner wasn't in, but he would be first thing the next morning. I go in the next morning, and the owner isn't in. I ask why I wasn't called when they figured out my bill was going to be double what was thought. I didn't really get an answer. Again, it was said I needed to talk with the owner. Extremely displeased, I asked when he would be in. I was told they didn't know. The owner comes and goes when he pleases. I wanted to get my bike as far away from that place as possible, so I took it on the chin and paid. I did ask that the owner call me whenever he finally arrived. They got my bike out of the garage, and it was covered with dust as though it had been sitting for a week! Again, I was never called to be informed it was ready... Anyway, I got the heck away from that place. I tried calling in for a couple of days afterward, but the owner conveniently wasn't ever in. I gave up after a week and still haven't heard from them. Long story short; stay away!A Google User07/14/105 Stars - My son and I have had many repairs and services done from new tires to a simple oil changes. Suzuki North has always treated us very well.
