1 Stars - Went there today 5/2/15 to look at a Charger. I have a 2013 Mustang GT 5.0 6MT Premium and I was considering something with more back seat room for the family, but still with some muscle. After we take it for a test drive, we start the sales talk and the sales guy says he needed the keys to get the VIN and mileage. He goes out with the sales manager or appraiser and they both hop in my car and take off. My Mustang has a louder than stock aftermarket exhaust. I didn't agree to let them go for a spin in it, but I understand they might need to do that for a proper appraisal. As they left, I went out the side door and don't see my Mustang, I hear my Mustang at full roar blasting down the side street by Best Buy. I was fuming angry. They need to ride with me in their car, but they can just take my car and beat on it? My oldest son said "who do they think they are beating up on our Mustang" and he was right. We waited in the parking lot until they pulled in and I told them very directly to get out of my car NOW!. I then asked the appraiser if he enjoyed the joy ride in my Mustang. They were expecting that we were just going to wait in the showroom while they beat on my car. I can't express how angry I am.
1 Stars - I have had my oil changed by them 8 times without issue. This last time I had my girlfriend take my car in and they sold her parts that weren't needed. I trusted them until this point. They told her the oil plug was deteriorated. The car is less than 2 years old and they are the only people that have ever turned a wrench on it. It was only $11 but they have lost my trust. Once my oil change package is used up I will go somewhere else. Preying on women that don't know is not someone that I want to business with.
1 Stars - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a 2008 Dodge Nitro in 2012 and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since I bought it. They also made me pay $2,000 for an extended warranty (I was told I had no choice, that every person who purchases a vehicle must buy the warranty) and was told that it covers almost everything. I was even given a pamphlet with everything circled that it was supposed to cover. EVERY TIME I have taken it in for a repair, nothing has been covered. Also, Norm, one of the service technicians there is an arrogant a**hole, who has NO customer service skills whatsoever, and is so rude that I told the service manager that I NEVER want to deal with or speak to him again and was told that would not be a problem and I wouldn't have to deal with Norm any longer. Of course, the last time that I took my vehicle in for it to be looked at, it was Norm that I had to deal with. I sat there for 3 HOURS on a Saturday morning for him to tell me that the warranty company is not open on Saturdays and he couldn't tell me anything until Monday. Monday came around and he never called. It took me 3 calls to a service manager to finally get an answer that, yes they would fix my problems and that they were covered under the warranty. Then I get a call today from Norm on the day I'm supposed to drop my vehicle off, after I've already planned everything out with the service manager, stating that the warranty company will not cover what I need repaired. Needless to say...this place is a joke and I never recommend this place to anyone and never will!
5 Stars - Bought a truck a couple weeks ago, and I am totally 100% happy with my experience. I found the truck online and sent them an email and was immediately called by the Internet Director, Katrina, who I must say was amazingly helpful and friendly. She set me up with my Salesman Wayne, who also was exceptional, and helped make the process enjoyable. I also had to deal with the service department, and the very helpful young lady at the counter made that experience as hassle free as possible. A few days after I purchased the truck, the dealership owner personally called me and made sure I was 100% happy with the truck and my experience. They have checked in numerous times since then, so I feel positive they will be there for whatever I may need in the future. Big Thank you to the Kahlo team!
1 Stars - To keep this as brief as possibe, I am nothing short of disgusted with this community dealership. 2 months ago I drove off the lot with a 2006 Volkswagen Passat, 1 month later I get a call back saying they were unable to finance me and that I would either need to pay more monthly or give back the car. In shock of this situation I chose to give back the vehicle as the monthly payments would of been a lot more. After trying to forget this whole fiasco, I drove down to Andy Mohr Mitsubishi who treated me fairly and put me into a new vehicle. After shaking hands with the salesmen he noticed Kahlo never put the plates back on my trade in that I got back!? I drove to Andy Mohr with no plates...After going back to Kahlo to get the plates I was told my down payment of $700 would be posted back to my account within 2-3 business days. Well here I am 1 week and 2 days later with not so much as a "pending" on my bank account. 3 screws ups and I'm beyond pissed. I was hoping to never have to step foot in that automated customer assembly line again, but a talk with the GM is defiantly in store. Get it together Kahlo, wow...
