5 Stars - I always get my car serviced at Airport Ford. I mainly deal with Mario, but the whole staff has always been kind, polite and informative when I visit. I would highly recommend this dealership if you need to get service done or purchasing a vehicle. My sister-in-law and my grandfather both have purchased a vehicle recently and they both could not be happier with their experience. I definitely highly recommend this dealership and have heard the same from everyone I have spoken with!
5 Stars - Bought my wife a 2011 Fusion here in April. No pressure at all, we worked with Scott. We were going to buy a car the first day and he recommended sleeping on it. We went back the next week and bought a car more in our price range. We will definitely shop here again.
5 Stars - I recently bought a 2012 Escape through Airport Ford and it was an amazing experience. The Salesman, Scott, was knowledgeable and helped me make the correct decision for me. It didn't feel like I was just another sale. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I would recommend Airport Ford to anyone!
1 Stars - The worst customer experience by far. I waited over two hours to pick up a form I needed after I just purchased a vehicle. The employee that handles this (only one employee in the whole dealership - Dana) sat at his desk with another employee and didn't care I was wasting my entire day waiting on him. The receptionist was polite and told him multiple times a customer is waiting. I'm currently at the dealership writing this review as I'm still waiting on them. Also, they lost the original form and thus I'm hear because they screwed up the first time. Unbelievable! ! Go to another Dealership!
4 Stars - I read all the reviews of Airport Ford only AFTER I brought my Expedition there for service and I was very nervous and even considered canceling service and bringing my car to another mechanic - but I didn't. I worked closely with Adam at Airport and he regularly communicated with me on the progress of my repairs and my car was ready when promised. When I picked up the car Adam made an effort to come and meet with me personally. He mentioned that he is aware of the negative reviews of their service department and he seems committed to improving this image. I'm glad I gave Airport Ford a shot and I'll be back and I'm hopeful that I'll have another positive experience.
