Just got back from a tour overseas, needed a good reliable car at a fair price quick. They took the time to walk through the lot and give me all the options and information I needed to streamline the process and I ended up getting a very nice, reliable used vehicle from them for what I consider a fair price (that doesn't mean a super low price, it means just that, a fair price.)
Long story short, buying a new car sucks, they make it suck less.
Service managed on time, but really for the cost, would a car wash be too much to ask? The cars are now in the top range but I had no time to clean it before I took it in, to be up there with the Germans, Koreans and Japanese you guys need to take the next step to be in the big league. I am sure putting a youngster out of grade school to work wouldn't be a waste or very expensive.
I patiently waited one week for an electrical issue to be resolved, several broken promised times and days. Finally got it back just in time for a family road trip to Florida. Mario informs me that the service department is being reorganized...... certainly hope so, it is the weakest link in a good dealership. As we started on our journey, I followed my car, wife driving and , noticed a loose wire dragging along the road, traced it to the repair, so no harm done but....... what if !!.

I was in the market for an F-150. Jim Grefer took the time to search their data bank thoroughly to cover all of the potential trucks with my needs. We found the perfect fit.The whole experience was efficient, fast and competitive with my trade-in and my new truck purchase. I added a bed liner and a tonneau cover after the fact, Jim took care of both items in a very efficient and cost effective manner. If you want to be treated right with your new vehicle purchase, I would recommend Jim and the Airport Ford guys to anyone!

I want to say that I had the best experience at the airport or I have ever had in my life buying a car and I bought many but by far the airport was the friendliest courteous professional people that I have ever dealt with. they make sure you get the best deal that you could possibly get and they go out of their way to make sure that you get that deal. my suggestion go to airport for first
