5 Stars - I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and provided great customer service, including donuts and coffee on a Saturday morning. Our salesman, Donald, was great! No pressure and he was able to get us a great deal! Our finance manager, Jonathan, was great and very thorough! Overall, had a great experience! This is our 3rd vehicle from All Star in Denham Springs and I'm sure we will be back. Thanks guys!
5 Stars - Love this place! Just bought a Ram 1500 from them . 8 months ago I bought a new Jeep Cherokee. The service is excellent. I recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car/suv/truck to give these people a call.
5 Stars - My wife and I recently bought a 2014 Durango with the Rallye appearance package. After months of researching and speaking with Ryan W., we decided to see if they could find this specific model which was not on their lot. After shopping at two other local dealerships with no returned calls, not only did Ryan find us the exact car, it was delivered in less than 2 days in perfect condition. The paperwork signing took less than an hour, we got a great deal and trade-in value, and we returned the next week for an inspection sticker, which only took 10 minutes. The entire team was very nice, laid back, and didn't pressure us with anything. My overall experience thus far has been awesome, and I would definitely use them again.
5 Stars - I purchased a new 2014 Chrysler Town & Country from All Star Automotive Group and after a couple of weeks I noticed the rear hatch panel (w/the Chrysler emblem) was deformed (warped). So I called Pat at All Star and he said to bring the Van in so that the Service Department can look at it. Anyway they agreed to fix it at no charge to me. It took a couple of weeks to receive the new part. While replacing the damaged part, the Service Department noticed the following; The original panel had warped due to being installed at the manufacturing facility with screws that were too short. The new panel was installed with the correct length screws. All is well and I'm a very happy customer!
1 Stars - We have 2014 Jeep Wrangler and need warranty issue fixed ASAP (not drivable) - they told me they wouldn't look at it for 3 months! #noservice

1 Stars - This wasn't a personal experience but one of a very dear friend. She was treated rudely by Sterling in the service department and was told that he wanted her to get her vehicle and herself off his property and he never wanted to see them again. My friend is sick with Stage 4 cancer and is currently undergoing chemo treatment and Sterling told her to reschedule her chemo when he was running late to try and get her a rental car for this week. He has had her vehicle since June 2014 and can't seem to get it repaired after they paid $2700! She has had numerous problems getting phone calls answered and not returning calls. This to me is totally unacceptable and because of her experience I will never buy a vehicle from All Star and I am telling everyone about her experience. Hopefully something will be done about your rude service manager Sterling.
5 Stars - I have brought my car in for routine service at the dealership since I bought it. I was a little leery at first because I thought I would be sitting there for hours (you know being a woman an all :) ) but to my great surprise, it has been a good experience. I do make an appointment and they take my car back quickly and I'm there a total of about 30 minutes. I really appreciate this because weekeds are precious and the quicker I can get to it, the better!! Thanks for all that you do!
