1 Stars - I had my jeep compass serviced a couple of times with in the past year and didn't know that a metal part was left under the hood that could have caused serious damage to the vehicle or caused an accident ! after discovering the part I tried several times to contact the service manager without any response! He was never there when I drove by and never answered my calls! When I recently had and oil change and my tire checked was told the tire had a tack in it and couldn't be repaired. I was ordered a new tire and when I asked about the warranty was told I would get it when the tire was installed. the new service manager was shown the part left on the motor and agreed it was dangerous, but didn't offer a solution since he was new and didn't think the mechanic was still there, otherwise he would talk to him. He gave lame excuses of why it happened, but that didn't satisfy or comfort me!! When I ask the clerk for my tire warranty she said she didn't think it had one when she had just told me two days earlier when ordering the tire that she would give it to me when it was installed? I have left messages with no return call and have not received any warranty as of this date!! I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend them to anyone!! what use to be a dependable service dept is no longer trustworthy!! I will take my vehicles elsewhere
5 Stars - I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and provided great customer service, including donuts and coffee on a Saturday morning. Our salesman, Donald, was great! No pressure and he was able to get us a great deal! Our finance manager, Jonathan, was great and very thorough! Overall, had a great experience! This is our 3rd vehicle from All Star in Denham Springs and I'm sure we will be back. Thanks guys!
4 Stars - Well, I just read several reviews that were not very favorable to All Star. I must say that my experiences with this organization have been excellent. The individuals with whom i have had contact have been very helpful. I am usually able to schedule a service call in less time than I had anticipated. In one instance , while performing routine maintenance, they found an additional problem which they did not have the time to repair immediately. They made me aware of the problem and it was fixed on my next service visit. This past week I needed service and Erin quickly and courteously assisted.
5 Stars - LOVE LOVE LOVE Our Dodge Durango . It is the 2nd one we have owned. Service has been very good and quick as possible. Personnel in dealership have always been polite and answered any questions. My husband is a retired master tech auto mechanic, so he knows when he is getting good service and correct answers. Thank you for you assistance when we have needed it.

1 Stars - I have never in my life felt more cheated and more disappointed than what happened to me yesterday. To start off i bought this truck back in December, 2 weeks later its in the shop already w a roof leak which took 3 attempts until they actually found the problem. one month later my a/c goes out apparently it was at the time a recall issue to which i find out now because this go around it was on my dime a evap coil issue causing the problem all along. HOW AMAZINGLY IS THAT. So in turn you guys think for one minute i'm gonna stand by and let you charge me 400.00 for a part that i can go get right down the road from you for 70.00. the to top everything off your wanting to charge me 800.00 for a 30 min to an hour job. You must think i have SUCKER written on my face i have you know i'm very mechanically inclined and what your tech is telling you isn't exactly the truth. the truth of the matter is he knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle the first go around back in Feb but because it was gonna be on yalls dime you all refused to fix it therefore making an excuse that the recall was my entire problem. You guys better change your ways i'm done with All Star Dodge in Den Springs. It's really a sad thing if you all don't remember anything else remember this statement. It takes a lifetime of hard honest work to keep a loyal customer; but the flip side is " IT ONLY TAKES A HALF OF A SEC TO LOSE ONE" and having spoke my peace i bid you my farewell and to add one more thing i'm reporting my situation to the bbb

1 Stars - Utterly terrible. I bought a used F150 from them 2 weeks ago. I asked them to please clean it up better inside and out because it was visibly filthy, gunk on the dash and knobs, dirt in the floor board. I go to pick it up 5 days after purchase and the only thing they'd done was vacuum the floor. I asked why and the salesman said, "Honestly our cleaning guys don't do a very good job. You may want to take it somewhere to have it detailed". I was shocked to hear a salesman tell me that after just making a new purchase! I was told the navigation in the SYNC MyTouch worked. I got halfway into my weekend trip to Texas and found out it didn't. ALSO, they didn't put an inspection sticker on my truck, OR a paper plate. And I was in Texas, so luckily I didn't get pulled over. Also they only gave me 1 key, and that key works 1/2 the time. They said get some batteries, or I can buy a full replacement from them. If the truck wouldn't have been such a good deal off the bat, I would not have bought there, but I know now I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN! There is no service after the sale, there is no customer satisfaction, all the feel-good slogans and reassuring catch phrases they use are just words that fall far, far, far of being put into action.
1 Stars - One of the worst experiences to date!!! Would have bought from another dealership if only they could get the car we wanted. The group that I dealt with could use a good lesson in customer service, people skills and "TEAM Work" in general. I stated early in my conversation with the salesman that I ultimately purchased from that I had been working with another sales person, Marcie in Pville. and that I was simply looking at the vehicle. I assumed she would have atleast gotten some sort of partial credit for the sale. I was at the dealership waiting to finalize the papers more than two hours, the wash job was so bad they asked us to come back the following week rather than having them redo because it was near closing time. The following Monday morning a member of Allstar Toyota, Sean Dardeau, who I dealt with a week or two prior to purchasing was upset about my purchase and proceeded to let me know about it via text, using everything from profanity to going so far as to questioning my Christianity. I am appalled by my experience and the lack of professionalism that I've witnessed.
I highly encourage management to take immediate action and address the very serious customer service issues and the overall Allstar Automotive comradery!
1 Stars - M Husband bought a truck from here March 8th 2015 and on April 6 2015 it broke down (2 days before the 30 day warranty Was up)! We had it Towed back to them that day! A week went by and we hadn't heard from them so he called and was told they would call him back. This went on for 3 weeks! Finally they told him May 5 2015 they had found the problem and was ready to start working on it but it would be $300 just to see if it was what they thought. He told them it was there before the warranty was up and they told him the computer said it had only been there since April 20th we have the towing bill to prove that is a lie!! He was then told that they was going to talk to a manager and would call him back in an hour. Well yesterday they still didn't call so this morning he calls and they tell him it isn't I'm the computer that they very looked at it!!! We will NEVER buy a vehicle From here again!!! And will not recommend them to anyone!!! It is ridiculous How they treat their customers!!
1 Stars - This wasn't a personal experience but one of a very dear friend. She was treated rudely by Sterling in the service department and was told that he wanted her to get her vehicle and herself off his property and he never wanted to see them again. My friend is sick with Stage 4 cancer and is currently undergoing chemo treatment and Sterling told her to reschedule her chemo when he was running late to try and get her a rental car for this week. He has had her vehicle since June 2014 and can't seem to get it repaired after they paid $2700! She has had numerous problems getting phone calls answered and not returning calls. This to me is totally unacceptable and because of her experience I will never buy a vehicle from All Star and I am telling everyone about her experience. Hopefully something will be done about your rude service manager Sterling.
5 Stars - I have brought my car in for routine service at the dealership since I bought it. I was a little leery at first because I thought I would be sitting there for hours (you know being a woman an all :) ) but to my great surprise, it has been a good experience. I do make an appointment and they take my car back quickly and I'm there a total of about 30 minutes. I really appreciate this because weekeds are precious and the quicker I can get to it, the better!! Thanks for all that you do!
