5 Stars - Every time I order here I have always been pleased. Great price on juices and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING! I have been placing orders online and they always ship incredibly fast. One time they accidently sent me the wrong juice. I brought this small mistake to their attention in an email and the juice I actually ordered showed up in the mail just as fast as when I placed my order. They did not make a big deal about shipping cost or getting back the other juice. This is just good business. They didn't have to do that, but they did and it says something about integrity. I am totally baffled to see some reviews badmouthing this place as I have had nothing but truly pleasant experiences. I will continue to buy here. I love it. Keep up the good work VapeDojo!
5 Stars - It's the best. 'Nuff said. The people who say the employees are rude probably are self entitled "kids" who think they should be waited on constantly.Best prices anywhere, helpful staff, clean store, great juice. What more do you need?

5 Stars - *This review is for the Hampstead Vape Dojo as well*
I love this vape shop, it doesn't get any better when it comes to quality of the juice, flavors and price! I mean come on where else are you going to get high quality juice that is made right here in this country, in there own lab, (not in someone's basement) and most importantly you know what your getting because the bottles are clearly labeled. Did I forget to mention that a 15ml bottle of juice costs only 5$.... And I know what your thinking "why is it so cheap"... Because they cut out the middle man (Genius) instead of having to pay someone else to make there juice and all the fees that come along with that, they simply cut through all that b/s and make there own.
YES I recommend them! Your crazy not to give it a try. Iv been vaping for about 4 years now and have been to so many different vape shops, but i was never satisfied. I was tierd of spending 15 to 20 dollars for a bottle of juice that was most likely going to get thrown out after a couple of days. Thank God I found this vape shop.
I lived in Maryland my whole life up until about 6 months ago when I moved here to Minnesota and I still will only purchase my juice from them, of course now its online but it beats the hell outta the alternative.
As a loyal & longterm customer, I just want to say Thank You Vape Dojo and everyone that works for your company. Without you I know I would still be smoking cigarettes. I literally owe you my life. Thank you.
1 Stars - Juices were usually good, and I'd love to be able to shop here. But one of the managers is visibly shaken every time i walk in, regardless of what I'm wearing. Just about nothing is ever in stock though besides the juices.
That, and they are discriminatory towards my gender and religious practices. Going so far as to cite nonexistent reasons for me not being allowed in. I'd prefer they just straight up tell me that i bother them instead of making feeble excuses.
I'd bring this to the county, but it's just not worth it to shop there. I feel more welcome at most every other vape store in the area.
1 Stars - I'm an avid vaper has been to probably a dozen or so vape shops here near Ellicott City as well as Philadelphia. I would not recommend this shop to any vaper. Also, after looking at the 5 star reviews, it appears that most if not all of the accounts have only one review ever––a 5 star review of Vape Dojo, which seriously suggests false reviews. Also, give my experience, I can't realistically imagine someone giving them a 5 our of 5 without being under the influence of something,
Vape Dojo was a the most unpleasant experience I've had to date. After just visiting another vape shop in Ellicott City and having a pleasant experience, I went to Vape Dojo to grab Charlie Noble juice. Something I'm very conscious of when entering a vape shop for the first time is how long it takes for an employee to say hello or ask me if I need assistance. Vape Dojo failed pretty hard. I was the only customer in the shop with two employees standing behind the counter. I made eye contact with both of them but was met with a glaze of indifference and silence that had one of the two employees walking to the back room and out of site. Not a word was said until I introduced myself.
Now to paint of picture of the shop and it's wares: There is a lounge with leather seat which seemed comfortable but completely empty. That took up about a 1/3 of the shop. The other 2/3 was devoted to the meager and effectively unhelpful assortment of vape hardware. Regarding their vaping gear, there was a dismal selection of RBA's (perhaps 5 or so including some really peculiar and from the looks of it shit attys) Most of their mods are advertised as "authentic" and priced accordingly (read: expensive). However, other reviews have been stating that they are clones priced as authentic. Which is really inappropriate if it is the case. I had no interest to take a look at them closely due to the exorbitant price so I can't verify this, but given the amount of consideration they but into the rest of their service, I would not be surprised.
After considering the very peculiar range of products which are very few and very expensive, I wonder who their target market is. I can't imagine a new vaper leaving this store happy due the unhelpful environment and frankly outdated, expensive and substantially small selection of vaping gear. An experienced vapor, would not want to pay for the options they have.
I would not recommend this shop to any vaper.
Another note: They advertise 18650 batteries with over 30A continuous discharge rate which don't exist. These batteries are presented as having over 30A continuous discharge rate but in reality they are advertising the pulse discharge rate. Which is not the value you should be checking your safe builds agains. So it's incorrect and dangerous if treated as advertised.
