ATTENTION PARENTS LOOKING FOR A SCHOOL FOR YOUR HIGH SCHOOLERS! When I was looking for a driving school for my son I searched the internet for some way to help decide which school l should send my child to. So I hope this helps you decide not to send your child here. Not only did they rarely fulfill the allotted hours during the classes, when it came time to schedule their in car time the office just left us hanging. So I called, sent emails, etc., and finally went there personally to follow up. When the office manager finally contacted me and it we were able to time to set up in car time, there were no time slots available outside of school hours for MONTHS! And when that time finally came around, the same office manager who was so difficult to get a hold of before, sent me an email, 20 minutes before they were closing for the weekend to say they were cancelling the long awaited appointment. When I called to find some superior to talk to, the office manager informed me there was no one above her to contact. She did slip one, "I'm sorry . . ." out there, but seemed totally unfazed by my frustration. She had no need to be accommodating, she had all the cards, and we are left with such a horrible experience.
Mikes driving school is just great, The teachers are nice and want you to learn everything they taught you, And the parallel parking is just awsome the way they teach it excellent , if you're looking for a driving school I highly recommend Mikes driving school
worst customer service i have ever seen in my life.2 months long waiting queue for driving class and don't ever expect they will send you any remainders for your class.
Before anything else is brought up, it should be noted that the teachers genuinely want the students who attend to be informed of the rules of the road to the maximum extent possible. The importance of driving safely is stressed and it is a welcoming learning environment for all. I personally attended and was satisfied with spending the $300 it cost. It was difficult to sit through the generally boring videos and much repeated content, but the knowledge gained more than equates to the time it spent to complete the class. I would recommend this school to anyone really. Shout out to Mr. Young for being a dedicated teacher and sincerely teaching what he knows everyone on the road should know.
Great learning experience, learned how to drive. Incars were very helpful and so was the class time experience. Wish MVA lessed the class time to 20 hours though.
