1 Stars - Ive read the reviews that were posted & unfortunately my experience was not so pleasurable. I had my car serviced 3 times there but my last experience was awful. They fixed my car & the service light went back on the next day i called to let them know but i was told by Aaron that i wasn't allowed to bring my csr there any longer. I did complain about a few things previously because i had concerns about having to bring my car back for the same problems; i guess no one wants a complaining female customer.
5 Stars - I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the excellent customer service that I receive from Ms. Dimitra Anastasopoulos each and every time I visit your Service Department!!
I have visited your Service Department many times to have work done to my vehicle! Ms. Dimitra Anastasopoulos assisted me each time I visited your Service Department! Her professional attitude is pleasant each time I am there! She always keeps me abreast of the work that is being done and notifies me once the work is complete!
She is always friendly and makes me feel that my concerns are extremely important! She makes it a point to thank me for my business and ended each visit with a firm handshake!
It is not very often that I receive such exemplary customer service on a continuous basis! So I would like to commend Ms. Dimitra Anastasopoulos and encourage her to continue providing outstanding customer service to Audi Silver Spring customers! In my opinion, she should be recognized for always providing Outstanding Customer Service! She is indeed an asset to your establishment, so please thank her on my behalf!

5 Stars - JOHNNY FRANCO. This is who I would recommend to work with at this dealership.
My sister was in the market for a new car lease and she fell in love with the Audi A3. She was being quoted a price way over MSRP and so I decided to surprise her by calling a bunch of dealerships in MD for her in hopes of surprising her with a good deal. I had recent experience for negotiating my own car deal so I wanted to help her out.
I am located on the west coast, so as soon as I began calling a couple of dealers telling them I was looking to broker a deal on behalf of my sister, they didn't even want to work with me. Not Johnny. He assured me from our first conversation that he was going to help me get a great deal for my sister since she had budget constraints. I had a great feeling about Johnny from the first time we spoke.
Johnny and I spent a week going back on forth between numerous emails and phone calls, and we finally came to terms on an amazing deal. My sister signed a new lease with him last night. Overall, Johnny was one of the most courteous and obliging sales people I have ever worked with, and the best part is he was never pushy or rude like other salesmen come across.
If you go to this dealer, make sure you ask for Johnny. You won't regret it!
4 Stars - Update 2/4/15 (Changed from 2 to 4 stars): Right after my previous review (below) was posted to google the service manager called me directly. I brought the car back in, they had a different tech re-inspect and re-balance the tires. Now its a few weeks and 2000 miles later the balance has held up, the tires seem much better now and the car doesn't vibrate at highway speeds anymore. I certainly appreciate the service manager reaching out and making sure I was happy and correcting the issue.
I was a fool and trusted the techs here to properly inspect my vehicle at its regularly scheduled maintenance intervals. Now my tires are ruined and need to be replaced. Tires were rotated and balanced at normal intervals. Service advisor never recommended an alignment until the tires were already ruined. Now a set of tires with plenty of tread life have to be replaced because someone dropped the ball. Such a waste.
