5 Stars - We have never had less-than excellent service at Audi Silver Spring. Any work needing to be done has always been thoroughly explained prior to beginning the work and our car is always ready when we are told it will be ready. Our service agent, Dimitra, is responsible for the personal care and attention we receive. After our first experience with her we have not worked with anyone else and ask for her by name to make our appointments. We always receive exceptional service and are treated with the utmost consideration. When we have asked, we were introduced to the mechanics to discuss the work they were going to do, or have done; and from the manager to the sales personnel, from the cashiers to the guys who wash our car, each and every one of them are consummate professionals.
We bought our A5 before we moved to the DC area however if their service department is an indication of overall experience, we have no doubt buying an Audi at this dealership will be even better.
Thank you, everyone at Audi Silver Spring, for making each and every experience a pleasant one.

5 Stars - What a great place to buy a car from! Both Parnie and Thomas were very professional and great to work with. The sales and finance team set the bar, I'm crossing my fingers the service department is just as good or better.
1 Stars - VAG of America has let me down for the final time. 14 years and 7 cars later and I am washing my hands from the brand. I have convinced NUMEROUS people that these cars are the greatest and am now sticking my foot in my mouth. From my actual Maryland approved brand new VW 09 Touraeg Lemon that we still lost $7,000 on to this Audi A3 2.0tdi that is just out of warranty with a major issue (56k) and am losing $5,500 on, NO SUPPORT from Audi Corp OR the dealership I am DONE. I will be bashing your name and preventing any and everyone from buying these brands based on my first hand fact experiences. Already stopped someone literally this week from making the mistake I did on the new A3 from the same dealer in Silver Spring :) All I had to do was shed some light on the TDI HPFP (fuel pump) issue, they googled it (love the internet) and they got to see all the people with the same issue on the 2.0tdi -- VW Audi is continuing to stand there ground that ALL these people are using "bad diesel" yet we used Shell and Exxon EVERYTIME which are on the Audi approved "Top TIER Gasoline" list. What a joke, from the service writer Deigo and his manager at Silver Spring to the lady on the phone when I called Corporate who just dismissed me and said "the dealership is who will take care of this" when the dealership didn't give a single care about my loyalty and the fact that VAG has a KNOWN issue with this pump. Congratulations! You ALL together successfully lost me-- this is sad but true
4 Stars - Update 2/4/15 (Changed from 2 to 4 stars): Right after my previous review (below) was posted to google the service manager called me directly. I brought the car back in, they had a different tech re-inspect and re-balance the tires. Now its a few weeks and 2000 miles later the balance has held up, the tires seem much better now and the car doesn't vibrate at highway speeds anymore. I certainly appreciate the service manager reaching out and making sure I was happy and correcting the issue.
I was a fool and trusted the techs here to properly inspect my vehicle at its regularly scheduled maintenance intervals. Now my tires are ruined and need to be replaced. Tires were rotated and balanced at normal intervals. Service advisor never recommended an alignment until the tires were already ruined. Now a set of tires with plenty of tread life have to be replaced because someone dropped the ball. Such a waste.
5 Stars - Tom Schweiss was professional, helpful and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would recommend him if you are hunt for a used car or a new Audi. He loves his job and it shows in the treatment he gives to his customers.
