Caleb Viola05/01/155 Stars - I scheduled a road test and after reading all the negative reviews here, I was quite nervous about how it was all going to go. I was pleasantly surprised when I met the instructor and saw he was a really nice guy. They don't seem to be out there to fail you or steal your money like the other reviews suggested. If you do what you're supposed to do, you'll pass the test. Don't be nervous, be cautious and you'll be fine!Zack Lewis03/04/152 Stars - Instructor may have been having a bad day. Was not clear on instructions during the parking lot test. Do not waste your money here. Find an alternate testing location.Mohammed Algailani09/04/141 Stars - Unfair test. The examiner gave me an automatic failure and asked me to reschedule for a new test. In such cases many test offices return a percentage of the collected fees, but Complete Stop didn't. Testers should behave in a professional manner if they want to maintain good reputation for their agencies. I should have read other people experiences, totally don't recommend Complete Stop.Troy Schram II07/27/131 Stars - I took classes and my test here, the classes are very expensive, and only last one hour. they expect you to be able to pass after only five sessions, I took my test, everything went aside from the instructor not trusting my judgment when merging onto the highway as a truck was merging onto it as well. I felt I managed to do everything perfectly despite not having much experience with city driving. I was especially proud of my lane changes which I felt went smoother than ever before. However After the test I was told I accumulated many points for the way I "slowed down when approaching a intersection, and then speeded up again only to slow down again later" I had no recollection of this occurring nor did my instructor ever mention this to me prior to the test. I also was told that there was something wrong with my lane changes, they wouldn't say specifically what. I did all of my checks.. After failing the test I paid for more training, I paid for 5 sessions and received two of them, This time the instructor was a younger lady who was extremely rude and seemed psychotic, after my second session when asking for feedback, She said I must be blind, She would give me vague and unclear instructions and reference things that weren't there, and would put the blame on me, the entire time I felt pressured. I asked about my next training session, and the lady said she was busy and would get a hold of me in a week or two, after five weeks past I called in and they said my training was marked as complete and that I had received all 5 sessions. which was a lie. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from the MRS at a point a new budget was being in acted, So that no record of it exists. Furthermore, when asking for feedback, and providing some of my own, discussing what I was having problems with in a nice gentle tone, they reported back to my counselor that I was argumentative, I only asked for feedback and told them what I needed help working on or was having trouble with. I would not recommend this place, my future experiences in a new area have been better. I hope they somehow pay for the money they have stolen, after taking the money the state paid for me to have training, and then only providing less than half of it.Mehdi Mohammadi03/15/142 Stars - Having my dirver's license test there, I was rejected for the first time. I passed the three basic skills very good. The examiner gave me an automatic failure after 2 min driving. The second time they may pass as for me.
