2 Stars - Purchased a brand new n touch ipod adapter for my Victory Motorcycle, it quit after a month of use. Best Leaders RPM would offer was a partial refund when they should have offered an exchange as I was only about 2 days out of their 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you go by the day I received the item, I was still within the return policy. They claim something on my stock bike caused the cable to go bad. wont be buying from them again and will also be advising others not to.
1 Stars - Parts department is worse than second rate. Could not provide a boat brain box (computer) because of difficulty reaching a representative for authorization. Also, they do not return phone calls. I called another Marine Dealer and had said part in five days.
1 Stars - After offering and agreeing on a price with my salesperson, failing to receive the email confirmation of the financials of the deal I requested, scampering to the bank to grab cash and finally driving over 2 hours each way to the Leaders RPM location, I arrived at hastily closing dealership to find Leaders RPM would not honor the deal we made with me over the phone.
I am not a scene maker so I simply left the dealership. The words Leaders RPM proclaim on their website concerning their virtues and values concerning customer relationships could not be more hollow. At the end of the day it was not the money that bothered me so as much as the total apathy the Leaders RPM organization exercised with me as a customer.
I will be sure to spread the word of my terrible experience... beware.... the worst ever!
1 Stars - THEY SUCK....THEY SUCK>>>>THEY SUCK
1 Stars - Wow, this place has certainly changed in the past two years.....and not for the better. I tried to order a motorcycle accessory from the counter personnel. The salesperson opened up a catalog and faced it to me while saying..."do you see it here?" His enthusiasm, attentiveness and product knowledge were entirely underwhelming. I will try not to inconvenience them with my business in the future.

1 Stars - The repair shop totally failed me. My cycle was not completely fixed.
3 Stars - I have been a customer of Life Cycle (LC) for years now and I really like the store and the folks who work there. I decided to have LC rebuild the front forks on my bike since the left seal started leaking. I pulled the front forks myself to make it easier for LC to rebuild them and save myself a few bucks in labor. I dropped the forks off on Saturday, May 12th and the guy said LC would be able to have them turned around in a week or so which was great since I had to move in two and a half weeks. I also ordered a set of HH pads while I was dropping off the forks. When I moved on Memorial Day, May 28th my forks had not been touched. I called and Nick, the new service manager, said they missed one part after the initial order since they ordered the parts before opening the forks. I had to have my forks to at least move the bike, so I came back to the store and picked up my forks where my -good- fork had been opened and was now low on fluid. I reinstalled the two (now) bad forks and rode it to LC with no front end to make both of our lives easier. I was not happy at this point and Nick offered to install my brake pads for free. It took LC two more weeks to finish after calling and Nick having to bump other appointments back. I picked the bike up last night, June 12th and my brake pads were not installed like we verbally agreed…that’s ok, I guess, because I found a loose bolt that holds my brake line on while I was reassembling the front end. I had a conversation with Dave, the owner, about my experience before I left the store and he comes off as a genuinely great guy who has built LC from the ground up. I greatly respect this, which is why I give him my business. Nick is a good guy as well and I understand he is still new, and learning. This review is only one experience of thousands and I think I just fell through the cracks at the store. I’m not sure if I’ll ever have my bike serviced there again, but I will continue to shop at LC for the good people and atmosphere. Thank you for your time.

5 Stars - Best service and parts around. Everyone is helpful, they don't just sit behind the counter and act like you are an interruption to there day. Most are avid riders themselves and have personal experience to draw on. They have gone out of the way with service every time I go there. Service, knowledge and people are what keep me coming back.
