Andy Owen07/26/15Like others I went there because they had an ad on craigslist for a cheap Cannondale. I get there and the cheapest they had was $200 more than what they advertised. I hate spammers. How hard is it to take down a craigslist ad once something sells, if it ever did exist. I do not know the other aspects of their business so I cannot leave one star. Plus all their tires were flat so you could not test ride them easily. I hope they make more money on the craigslist spamming than they lose from the negative reviews because otherwise it seems like a foolish business tactic.Gary R06/25/15Went there with a couple people and had a ton of questions for the sales guy. He was helpful and very patient as I am new to the industry. They have a huge selection of bikes to choose from and are all available to test drive. I rode a couple and ended up going with a Giant Mountain Bike. Very happy and highly recommended. Gary...Daniel Lehr07/28/15Took my bike in to have some work done. They were fast and good priced. They salvaged some parts when they could have squeezed more money out of me by making me buy new parts. I will be a returning customer.Gio Seppe06/20/14Complete joke. AVOID AT ALL COST! Randy is a D-bag. These tools list items on Craigslist and then are sarcastic and RUDE on the phone. I looked the owner up, his name is Jim Lyson. I called to speak with him directly and he was just as rude and ignorant as Randy. I do not understand how businesses stay in business. They are unprofessional and rude. Read other reviews on various sites. The reviews are all the same: people complaining about this shady business. CAVEAT EMPTOR!Kevin Huff08/28/13I am picking up my bike today, during my initial visit they were friendly, helpful and informative. I was able to put the bike in their layaway program as I had not planned on buying a bike that day. I came back with my family to make a payment and received the same courteous service as did my wife as she is considering a bike as well. I have shopped at a lot of bike stores and this one was the best in my opinion. Everyone seemed down to earth. No there are not 10 sales people and some of them actually assemble and adjust the bikes too so I can't guarantee immediate service every time you walk in but I see a value in the person that sells me the bike also being the one that assembled it. They also have the best price I have seen anywhere on Cannondale bikes.
