4 Stars - We bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD from Suburban Nissan in Farmington Hills, MI.
Andre Jones who was our sales executive have been fantastic with the overall buying experience. I am the first person to walkout of such dealerships after saying thank you for your time. I won't comment on the service department yet as I have no experience but I hope to have the same flawless experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for your Nissan purchase and especially Andre Jones to have a great buying experience.
5 Stars - I went into the dealership hoping to get approved for a second vehicle from Nissan. My salesman Bryant Thomas was so understanding and helpful of my situation, he showed me a couple of cars and I got approved on the spot. I went into the dealership when they were almost about to close and I was able to sign and buy that fast. Bryant Thomas thank you for getting into my 2015 Nissan Altima. You Rock!!!!!!!!
5 Stars - On April 30th 2015 I was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle. I was flying out to my daughters wedding the next day and needed to get this car situation behind me. On my lunch break I took my existing vehicle to Suburban NIssan to use as a trade in. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Bryant Thomas, Bryant had a warm sincere smile. He took time to talk to me about what I was looking for. It was more than small talk. He developed an understanding of what my car means to me and how whatever car I drive fits into my lifestyle. Before long Bryant had me in front of the Loan Financing person, Mike Barker. Mike treated me with the same warm sincerity and with dignity as did Bryant.Mike was honest and straight forward and delivered good news as well as bad with compassion and empathy. Before long Bryant was bringing used cars around for me to try out. The first car he brought, 2010 Dodge Caliber, was so me. Shortly after that I was on my way with a great car and great low monthly payment plus other perks. I highly recommend this dealership. They have enthusiastic, knowledgeable, compassionate people working there. I can't say enough about them. The service was so good that I feel this brief review does not do them justice but I hope it encourages others to buy from Suburban Nissan. They have all my future business.

5 Stars - We bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue SL AWD from Suburban Nissan in Farmington Hills, MI. It has been close to a month now and we are enjoying our new ride. I have been to many dealerships in past for my own purchase or with friends but this experience haven been unique. Andre Jones who was our sales executive have been fantastic with the overall buying experience. If you ask me what made me make this purchase, than I have one simple reason "The sales guy was not pushy". I hate dealerships who try to make the deal in any possible dam way without giving you space to think. I am the first person to walkout of such dealerships after saying thank you for your time. I would also mention the sales manager Christina who was equally cooperative and again not pushy to make the sale. I won't comment on the service department yet as I have no experience but I hope to have the same flawless experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for your Nissan purchase and especially Andre Jones to have a great buying experience.
5 Stars - I had a very nice experience dealing with BRYANT THOMAS. I got the car that I wanted, the color that I liked, and at a very good price that the other dealers were not willing to give me. The process of leasing went fast and smooth. I would recommend him to my friends without any hesitation.

1 Stars - If I could give this dealership a 0, I would. Since my husband's office is closer to Oakland County, I asked my husband to look at an used X5. I told him if he liked it, to just buy it. The saleperson, Randy, was very rude, no car is worth such bad service. We asked about turning in a car and he made an insulting comment about our used Saab. We told him that we preferred using our own lender and more insulting opinions and comments. It was VERY clear that Randy lacks any etiquette skills.
My husband called and said he would buy a car from any other dealership. After reading the reviews, I realized we should have avoided this dealership all together. We already visited the Ann Arbor BMW dealership. Even though they do not have as much choices, it is worth the wait. Since Suburban took over, the dealership is very friendly. Opposite experience than the Farmington Hills location.
1 Stars - First off, if you own a BMW out of warranty you are a fool. I bought my first BMW new in 2008 and have nothing but problems. I never once altered the car in any way, but know many others do. I am an engineer and thought BMW's were well engineered, but have found that to be far from the truth. Most of the issues were covered under warranty, but the sheer total number of items that were replaced within that period is unacceptable for a "premium" car which I paid handsomely for.
I now have 72K miles and am starting to experience another round of failures. First was an O2 sensor and now possible the water pump, which BMW is aware as being a under engineered part just like the high pressure fuel pump, turbo actuator and injectors, but have stuck their head in the sand on that one. I'm hearing that 70K miles out of a pump is actually very good for a BMW, which is pathetic considering my last several cars I owned well past 100K miles and never had a water pump fail. I'm also hearing that BMW charges well over $1000 to replace it, which I wouldn't even consider. However the parts alone are $500 which is crazy for a part that doesn't last all that long. I suggest you be mechanically inclined if you own an out of warranty BMW too.
My last complaint and why I'm writing this is review is that I have done online research, done many diagnostics steps and wanted to talk very quickly with a service tech at the dealership I purchased the car from, just verify my findings before I pay $500 for parts and all I got was an unknowing "service personnel" who explained to me they don't give those answers over the phone. That I needed to come in and pay for them to diagnose the issue, which I'm sure won't be reasonably priced considering they recently quoted me double what any normal shop charges for an alignment.
My sales experience was decent 7 years ago, but it has to be to get people to buy their overpriced Kia's. Let's face it many BMW owners in the US wont care since to afford one you are probably the type that gets a new car every 2 years, but I like to keep a car for a while and mine only has 70K miles on it which is not old in any sense of the word.
5 Stars - My 2011 BMW 335i broke last week. As complained in the BMW forums, the water pump broke, and I had to get it towed. Since I just ran out of warranty, I towed it to a local mechanic. He asked for $1200. I called Jason from Erhard to see if he can do anything for me. He spoke to BMW, and took care of it, no charge. I dont believe any other dealer would have done this. I am not taking my car to any other place. Their service is the best. Even if I pay a little extra, it is definitely worth it.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Jason for taking care of me.
5 Stars - Over the last few years, I have consistently received superlative service at Erhard BMW Farmington Hills. My service adviser, Chad, is a top notch professional and the work performed has always been done right the first time.
5 Stars - The service department has excellent costumer service. I own a 2006 325xi and it needed some work done so I came here, and Jason has gone above and beyond to help me get the repairs I needed and save me money. I will continue to come here if I need any service done.
