1 Stars - I purchased a used Fusion from here roughly two years ago. The day after I got it, while across the state, there was an issue with the breaks, causing damage to one of the rotors. The issue was the fault of the company, so they agreed to replace the rotor on that wheel, resurface the other rotors, and replace the rear pads. Two years later, less than 28,000 miles driven, I started having trouble with the breaks on that wheel again. I took it to a different dealership who told me that rotor was so damaged that it had destroyed the pads. They had no knowledge of the original repair. I find it interesting that the other three rotors, which were older and had more miles on them, were in excellent shapes.
I called Barber and explained the situation to a mechanic who said that the other garage (which is another Ford dealership) must be lying to me. I then left a voicemail for the used car manager at Barber. He called back and read the report on the work done originally. I had already acknowledged that I knew this information. I called him back and he is yet to return my calls.
I know that a few hundred dollars may not seem like much, but it was a lot to me at the time. I asked Barber to make this right. I did not want to believe that they lied to me originally, but the fact that they will not return my calls makes me believe otherwise. I would caution anyone against purchasing here. Make sure you get clear documentation for any work done and verify it with a mechanic you trust.
5 Stars - Working with Lindsey DeRoo on purchasing my new vehicle was a great experience. She worked with us through the whole process in a friendly and professional manner. She worked hard to get us the vehicle we were looking for in the really short time frame we had. Thanks Lindsey!
2 Stars - Tried to buy a used car today. The salesman refused to talk to his manager when I made a counter offer on the sale price. Even after his efforts of trying to show me the fair market price of the car on the internet, my offer price still fell into the price range of a "fair price." At that point he was upset and got rude without even saying anything at all. I would think that if you are in the business of selling cars you would make every effort to do so. This gentleman did not even try. Barber Ford lost a sale today.
1 Stars - Terrible place took my Lincoln navigator in to get the tires changed and they bent all 4 rims, and scratched the sides and put a den in the door gave me some money for the rims not even enough to cover the price for 2 and would not even cover the $1500 damage they did to the body.SO i would stay away unless you want a big headache.

5 Stars - My daughter recently had to have her F-150 repaired asap due to the fact Midas had screwed it up. I called and spoke to Gary in the service dept, explained the situation and he got her in within the hour. Kudos to Gary and the service dept for a job well done and excellent customer service!
