My entire experience at LaFontaine Chevrolet was great thanks to Tony Duncan. He is by far the best sales consultant that I've worked with and now I plan to only buy/lease all my vehicles through him. He did a great job at listening to what I want and keeping it at a price I could afford. Didn't try to push me into buying anything. Tony provided the best service, I'm willing to drive the distance to work with him.
Steve Azar is the worst and most manipulative car salesman out of the entire lafontaine company with no morals. I am a younger girl and came in to buy/lease a car and ended up with a junker Chevy Cruze with lots of issues. I even bought the extended warranty and had a couple engine issues less than one week later and took the car in and they tried charging me over $400 until I threatened to call my attorney and then my bill was immediately reduced to $20. This is the worst serice out of any company I have ever experienced and will not return to this dealership ever again.
seen your commercial for chevy ....real people not actors....can you explain to me what actors are if not real people? Are they robots? fakes? figments of my imagination? Government workers? Maybe someone in your marketing should review your commercial before airing them...better yet...just quit making commercials....most ppl mute or change the channel anyways, that way you might be able to lower the pricing of vehicals
From what I can tell the accurately repaired my car. But I had to negotiate the part price since they were severely over charging for it, 3× what GM lists it. So then they wrap up extra cost shop parts. Either way I paid $550 where it should have cost ~ $300. The part cost $86. I'm not coming back here for service.
I was car surfing and came across a Jeep. It wasn't priced so I emailed for a price. Nothing, then I emailed again and received a response. After a day of emailing, still no price just bs. They want to talk instead of telling me a price. It was a simple request. I'll never buy from them. They can't be honest up front, they won't be later.
