Michelle Gabrys02/25/152 Stars - I want to give this place a good review because they are Chevy and in Dexter but I just can't. The oil changes take hours so I do not use them for our oil changes. The detail shop does not have an eye for detail. The heat vents not wiped, film on chrome, missed a lot under seats, streaks in windows....to put it briefly the detail is a real disappointment. The sales people we tried working with did not return our inquiries both in person and by voicemail. When we have service work done there's typically an issue. We have 11 vehicles. What I can say positive is the work has to be warrantied, the people at the cafe are friendly and the transport in nice if available.Dan J02/09/151 Stars - BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. They took my car as a trade in but did not pay off the loan. I'm now making two payments: one for the car I bought and one for the car I traded in. I also have to pay for a lawyer to try to get this settled. After talking with others I've learned I'm not the only one who's been dealt with in an unscrupulous manner. There are many dealerships in the area, I'd definitely avoid this one.Rachel Flores02/17/153 Stars - My younger sister bought her first real car from here, which was used. Since it was used she didn't think buying a warranty for half the price of the car was wise. Three weeks later there was expensive major engine repairs required and the salesman Nick refused to assist in any manner. We were told the car is bought as is. Which is unfortunate I think it is good customer care to assist in some way, but they offered no such thing. I would go someplace else based on their lack of assistance or concern for what they sell. Nick was the least helpful of all!Oliver Siegel08/27/145 Stars - I was looking for a new car, and find it generally a frustrating experience. Salespeople aren't upfront with you about the final cost of vehicles, they make you wait while they "crunch the numbers" etc. I spoke to Chrissy and she did not waste one second of my time. She had an AWESOME car in my price range ready for me to drive within 5 minutes, she gave me the final price, in writing, without any surprises, she was patient with how long it took ME to get back in and finalize everything, there was absolutely no pressure from her, and finally, and that's why I'm writing this: It took us 20 minutes max to fill out the paperwork and have the keys and be ready to drive. Like I said she was very time efficient and made it convenient and hassle free for us. THANKS CHRISSY!!Paula Burns10/30/145 Stars - The service department went above and beyond to assist me at the very end of their work day!! I can not be more grateful to an amazing organization that truly values the relationships with their customers!!
