I had a great experience with these guys. Quickly found the bike I wanted and they got me approved. Everything was very easy and simple. My only complaint would be they didn't help me out with new rider gear. I just got the standard 10% off which is good but a new helmet or jacket would have been really great. Espcially for a new rider such as myself. great place to buy a bike though. Lots of supply!
The Service department is phenomenal! I bought a dirtbike brand new off of the showroom floor and had problems with it from day one, which wasn't any fault of the dealer. The bike didnt want to start nor did it want to stay running once it did finally start. I brought the bike into the service department where a tech was able to confirm the difficulty of getting it started and how it struggled to stay running. It didn't take too much time for them to correct the problem and now the bike is running perfectly. The Service Manager Frank went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved to my satisfaction as it caused a lot of frustration for me, the bike was brand new and a gift for my wife... its really embarrassing to bring a brand new bike home to surprise someone and it doesn't want to start or stay running. I'd say that Frank definitely exceeded my expectations from a service department. It gives you a good feeling when the employees recognize you when I've only been there a couple times. I was able to meet a few of the technicians that work there and every single one of them greeted me with a friendly smile and we're extremely courteous. They show that they truly care about their customers and aren't just trying to flip a quick buck and shove you out the door. Everybody I talked to were knowledgeable and seemed to have some real experience. Even the young guy that sits at the service counter (sorry I forgot your name) impressed me with how knowledgeable he was with this particular model dirtbike.
This was my first experience with this Service Department and I almost always do my own work and normally not a fan of paying a dealer for service work, but since the bike was bought brand new from there and am very limited on available free time these days, I had to give them a chance. I will for sure be coming back in the future for any other work I need done and can honestly say for the first time that I have a Service Department that I can trust! Again big shout out to the Service Manager Frank, he truly did more than he should have to make sure I was satisfied with the service done on my bike after all the frustration it caused for me.

My experience with this dealership has been 50% good, 50% bad.
Decided to have my 2001 R6 stored here and worked on over the winter since I didn't have storage options. Got it back in the spring with paperwork saying they completed all recalls, cleaned carbs, and rebuilt my fuel petcock. Rode my bike to Lansing when the front sprocket nut came off (item was recalled for this reason) and cracked my engine case. Didn't realize till I reached my destination and by then, oil was all over my rear tire. This was definitely a life threatening situation.
After I towed the bike back, I had the bike apart and obviously found the crack. While deciding a gameplan for the cracked case, I removed my tank in order to check the spark plugs and found that the petcock still leaked. After calling them, they told me that the new one was still sitting on their bench, so they never installed it. Lead me to wonder if they ever cleaned the carbs. Basically, charged me $1000 for services not done and also rendered my engine destroyed.
Took up this case with them and after some discussion, they agreed to write me a check for $100 more than my bike was worth at the time.
I initially wrote a 1 star review for them and got a personal call from the manager who wanted to clarify if I was 100% satisfied. I appreciated the contact and the earnestness to improve their business. Also learned that the technician that had been negligent toward my vehicle had been fired and service management had changed.
I did feel compensated at the time but it was way more crap I had to wade through than I wanted. It's made it difficult for me to trust any other dealership for sure.
However, I'm glad they're making an effort to change things for the better!
I don't think I have words to describe the patience and professionalism exhibited by Richard on our day of visit. My friend and I heard about this store from another friend and came to this store from far. we were new to buying helmets and Richard was very patient and professional in his approach towards us. Even though we took a long time to decide our choice , he explained to us every aspect of buying a helmet and never even had the slightest attitude like other stores do. Thanks Richard and Rosenau for our wonderful experience. I would come back to buy gear/motorcycles in the drop of a hat again. Hats off and Kudos !
