5 Stars - I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape, and i am very happy with my purchase. The vehicle was priced just right, and the buying process, all the way up to delivery went very smooth. Mike was in charge of my purchase, and he was available to answer any questions that i had, and hustled to ensure my vehicle was ready when i arrived to pick it up. I would recommend this dealership to others in the market for a new or used car, and will definately look into this location for my own future car purchases.
5 Stars - We recently had our fusion serviced at Fairlane Ford - a repair to correct a 'bang to the front quarter panel.
The service was outstanding; the quote process was efficient and fair, the actual time in the shop less than expected. The staff was congenial and of great help.
We would highly recommend the work and service at Fairlane Ford.

5 Stars - It is always a pleasure to visit Fairlane Ford. I bought my last three cars from there. Ford Foci. The first time I didn't even know if a person with my income and credit could purchase a slightly used car, but they offered me a payment plan that fit, and I was able to buy a reliable car with a warranty. I had almost no problems with this car and the service staff was vigilent in making sure none happened. I kept this car until I traded in for a brand new Focus. The new car had so many features that I felt like I was driving a luxury model. I especially like being able to tell my car which songs to play. When I lost this treasure in an unfortunate accident, Fairlane Ford worked with my insurance to assure me of a seamless transition to a new vehicle. Now I can't imagine going anyplace else.

5 Stars - I LOVED my experience at Fairlane ford!!!! The owner (Julie) went above and beyond to make sure we got the best size vehicle that worked for our ever growing family. Not only did she let us test drive multiple vehicles, she even let us take them home to see if all of our car seats and our dog would all fit!! Way to go fairlane ford!! Owning a business myself I appreciate people who go out of their way to make their costumers happy. I will be returning, and sending everyone I know looking for a Ford!!! Thanks for making us feel like family.

5 Stars - This is the best dealership ever! Being a female I'm more comfortable working with a female owner. I have been taken advantage of at other dealerships so I highly recommend purchasing and repair work to be completed by Fairlane Ford!
1 Stars - My wife and I had the most unpleasant customer service experience of our lives today at this dealership. We took our car in to install a remote starter. and as soon as we picked the car and drove off the lot, the car started making noises. we immediately drove back to the lot and when we stopped we saw that all the underneath plastic covers fell off as well as other parts. We collected the broken parts and came back to the dealership. The Manager there who just handed us the car 3 minutes earlier told us that they don't know what happened!!! AND THAT IT IS OUR FAULT!!
He said " who knows buddy!! may be you DROVE THROUGH A PUDDLE!!" . I pointed out to him that we were there, with him 2 minutes ago and that we did not even make it to the light! That some of the parts we collected fell off in his lot. At which point he started yelling and huffing and puffing.
I had to get my car towed to Ford Taylor from my house because I did not want my wife driving around my kids with the car before it was checked out. God knows what else they messed up there. This is a 2013 Ford Explorer with less than 20K miles and came in to the dealer running and in perfect condition.
Ford Taylor said they will charge me for the repairs because it is not their fault and that Fairlane.
should have owned up to their mistake.
This place and its employees have such a lack of regard and respect for customers and their cars. PLEASE! PLEASE ! Do not take your car there.
