BAD SERVICE NEVER BRING HERE. BROUGHT GSXR IN PERFECT CONDITION NOTHING WRONG WITH IT FOR FRONT MASTER CYLINDER RECALL. PICKED IT UP GOT ON FREEWAY FRONT BRAKE LOCKED UP GOING 70MPH. STRANDED IN LANE BECAUSE THEIR MALFUNCTION. LEOS PICKED MY BIKE UP AND SAID IT IS MY FAULT BECAUSE I HAD AFTER MARKET LEVERS WHICH I DON'T. BEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING PRIOR TO DROPPING BIKE OFF ABOUT THAT. THEN SAID I OWE $55 TO FIX. THEN THEY FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD PUT ANOTHER LEVER ON. BUT WAS SILVER. I HAD BLACK. I TOLD THEM AT A MINIMUM THEY MUST PUT TWO MATCHING LEVERS. BUT FUNNY THIS IS SAME EXACT LEVERS I HAD ON JUST SILVER. OWNER GOT VERY CONFRONTATIONAL OVER PHONE. I WENT IN THAT AFTERNOON TO PICK UP BIKE. OF COURSE NO OWNER TO BE FOUND. THEY NOW GICE ME A THING ABOUT AFTER MARKET LEVERS THAT I NEVER HAD. TRUST ME DO NOT DEAL WITH LEOS. I AM LUCKY I DIDNT GET RAN OVER BY A CAR DUE TO THEIR POOR SERVICE. I TOLD THE MANAGER SAY I HAD AFTER MARKET LEVERS, WHICH I DIDNT, YOU'RE STILL JUST GOING TO HOOK IT UP ANYWAY? AND CALL IT GOOD? DONT TRUST LEOS SOUTH!
I have mixed feelings about this place. The parts people are fabulous. Any time I have a question, they are always pleasant and eager to help. When I order something, it always arrives ontime. But, their service department is terrible. Had 2 tires changed and they scratched my rims both times. Went in for a third tire change before heading out of town and I was told they could not schedule a tire change. I was told tire changes are first come, first serve and they would get me in when I show up. I explained that by time I got off work I would have little time to get there before close and that I needed the tire replaced that Friday since I was leaving Saturday morning. I was assured that as long as I came in that I would be taken care of. Sure enough, when I got there I was told they were too busy. I explained to the service department that this was the situation I was trying to avoid and why I insisted on scheduling an appointment. I had a few angry words and they were able to get me taken care of but it was not a pleasant experience.
Mike and Randy are pretty good guys. I acquired my long desired Moto Guzzi and they treated me very well. If you are looking for a motorcycle don't buy without visit their showroom. Mike was easy to work with and very patience with my negotiation, Randy took the time to show me around and introduce me to the service and parts department. They will work with you and set you up for the right bike. Take a second look at the Guzzi before you buy anything else.

A+++ Ski Doo dealer. They are extremely friendly and always answer my annoying questions whenever they pop up. The service there is also super fast! If it is mechanical to electrical, if they have the parts, you will usually get your sled back the next day if not the same day. Highly recommend them!
We bought a Can AM Commander from another dealer because Leo's did not have the one when we were shopping for a side by side. What a mistake that was for us buying from another dealer! We have cab heat issues with machine and still do but not without the major time that Randy and Dan in the Service Department spent on the issue with BRP.
Randy and Dan are Outstanding People that you don't find anymore that honestly care about the customer! Even if they did not sell the machine to us they still care! I will not need to shop for another dealer as long as they are there. I would guess that the rest of the staff have the same morals.
