1 Stars - I would give a zero star if I could. I bought a brand new RX350 from this dealer a few years ago. And also a whole set of four brand new tires from them 3 years ago. Yesterday I took my car for a low pressure tire. They charged me $36 just to patch! Discount Tire would do this for free even I didn't buy tires from them, let alone buying a new car and a set of new tires. This Lexus dealer is such a rip off place!
Not just this, I'm totally disappointed with this dealer's customer service. The service adviser who served me for repair didn't look at me in the face when answering my question. When my car was ready, he didn't come close to me but waived at me from distance without say a word. And he didn't explain what was wrong with my tire. He should not have treated me so bad like this since I was bad to him after all. Plus, although with appointment it took 1 hour 20 minutes just to wait to get one tire fixed! I'm sad. Will never ever to this dealer a gain.
5 Stars - Greg Ziton has wonderful product knowledge. He is able to guide us to the correct vehicle with the correct options to meet our goals. The service advisors never fail to make the correct suggestions to schedule the necessary maintenance.
4 Stars - I've purchased my last two vehicles here and I've always felt very taken care of, from customer service to warranty service they have always been very professional and helpful.
5 Stars - Ty and Tom Bennett are the greatest !
3 Stars - Customer Service could improve just a bit.

1 Stars - I bought a toyota sienna 2011 in october 2014.
The service with Ken was OK,I tried the car for a road trip and everything looked like fine,2h to wait for proceed the paper bank credit and that guy who give you the loan give me useless thing like GAP cover and warranty(so expensive for only 2 year) until you say YES!!!
I will not never trade any car there anymore! I cleanned my car inside and outside for 3h,and at the end he never checked the car,he just showed me a paper with the value of my car at differents states and told me how much he is going to take my car REALLY!! it was not what I expected!!!
But the worst was the car!after the short test I forgot to check the engine and Ken told me "don't worry everything is fine " I asked again when they prepared the car for me before I left "it is fine".
Next day the morning I took the car for fill up the tank gas ,light tire pressure was ON,I used my portable air compressor for add air on every tires and after 30 minutes the car didn't want to start!
Battery was OUT!!and I check all liquid level and the tank coolant was EMPTY!!!!
I called Nissan for take a look on my car but they said they can't send anybody to my house just 12 miles from the Nissan.
After that the next day when I charged the battery and fill up the coolant they made me wait 3h for check the car.
At the end new battery,and new rear brake!
Really when you take a costumer car you have to check the car man!!looks like they just take a look and Oh no need to check and it is good to sell now.
They do not take their responsability until you see it.
Never buy a car from them anymore cause they do not check the cars their sell.
5 Stars - Great atmosphere and experienced representatives. The atmosphere was very professional and did not seem like I was at some Hollywood club with music all around. Very thorough with used car history. They had nothing to hide. Great prices and great selection!
3 Stars - We purchased a 2007 Murano from Wayzata Nissan in 2012. People buy the Murano because it is an exceptionally nice looking SUV and delivers a nice sporty ride and good power. The problem is our 'free' oil changes averaged around $500.00 each due to $700.00 for our portion of a failed transmission and $1500.00 for front end work because the Murano has a weak front suspension. This from Nissans own mechanic. $300.00 for a bad power steering hose and more recently a leaking transfer case. This also includes multiple smaller issues my handy husband could fix. This vehicle simply does not age well. I also believe the 'inspections' the dealerships say they do on the vehicles aren't worth the paper they are copied on. What I did like was the mechanics are straight with you and don't make excuses or sugar coat things. Hope this helps.

Joe was terrific, very Genuine and full of great energy. I was anticipating getting this new car to be a very long and stressful process..and It was the complete opposite. Will Definitely Recommend!!!
