5 Stars - Awesome Service Department!!
First let me say, I travel full time for my job and pull a 40 ft. 5th wheel with my 2007 F350 Dually. I was staying nearby and went in to just get the oil changed and was told after a while that the rear brake pads were worn down to 2mm which is very bad. I was surprised that they even checked! Thank God they did. During the process they ended up having to pull the axles to perform the brake job and even took me in the back to show me the culprit, a locked up caliper. Even though I had a longer than usual wait because they had to order the part, I am very thankful for their very professional service. The safety of my family relies on this truck. While I was waiting they even offered to take me somewhere so I could get some lunch though I declined. I was even more surprised at the bill, cheapest I've ever had for the oil change (15 qts) and a much, much better price than I expected for the brake job. Better yet the brakes have never been this good on this truck since I have owned it.

1 Stars - I have declined doing business with these people on the sales side because of their tasteless tactics. One of their salesmen lied to my wife and I about the prices saying "this isn't even the lowest I can go" but when she came in the next day to purchase a truck, he told her that he would not go any lower and that she had to pay his price or never get a truck. This was the same classy guy who before going over any prices handed us a picture of his daughter telling us if we don't buy, she doesn't get to eat. After refusing to lower his price, he continued to call both of us for two weeks asking if we were ready to give up and do business with him. I had to threaten to come up there with phone records to have him fired before he finally quit.
However, I had always heard their service department was good. Knowing this, I brought my F150 in to have the Sirius antenna and third brake light fixed, since they were leaking every time it rained. It took them about a day to get it fixed, which was shocking because they had quoted me a good week before they would have time to take out the head liner and do the water tests, and then actually do the work. I probably should have been a little weary of it, because it didn't even last a year.
I called them today and asked how long they covered their work, because it wasn't even a year before I started having problems again. I got bounced from the service desk back to the service manager who explained that since it was done under warranty, they don't actually cover their work. The speed of their work actually made sense now, because they knew how long it would be before my warranty expired and could do shoddy work. However, the manager did tell me that they would be happy to look at it now, and let me know what's wrong with it. I guess it should be reassuring that they would like to charge me for work they can't even cover to last for a year.
A word of caution for anyone going there, don't trust them with a vehicle that doesn't have long left on the warranty, or they will just slap some Elmer's on there and wait for you to call back when they can charge.
5 Stars - The Internet Sales Department worked really hard getting my mom the car she wanted. She is very excited with her new car. It was very easy to get finance and they did not give her the run around. Thank you very much Erika Juul, Steve Bell, and Chuck Demorse. The Internet Sales is so much easier and faster. Give them a call.

5 Stars - We drove up from Mobile, AL and received excellent customer service from Steve, Chuck, and Glenn. We literally were in and out in about 35 minutes, including the test drive. We absolutely love our new vehicle and actually enjoyed driving it back home to Mobile immediately after the purchase. Thank you so much guys!!!
