5 Stars - I took my A5 in to correct a problem with oil consumption. Audi acknowledged that the problem was caused by them and repaired the car completely of no cost to me despite the fact that the car has 75000 miles on it. Thanks to Ben, the service rep everything was handled smoothly. My only problem is getting Ben on the phone sometimes but when you do he takes action. I had a negative experience at the Jackson Audi dealership a couple of years ago so I was quite pleased to see a huge improvement.
5 Stars - Ben Thomas provides excellent service by constantly updating me on the status of my vehicle while in the shop. He adds an element of personal attention and humor everytime I see him. I enjoy Ben and he delivers the vehicle back to me clean and on time. I give Ben 5 stars on a scal of 5. / Rick Autrey
5 Stars - My wife and I have been loyal customers of Audi Jackson for the past two years. All aspects of the Audi Jackson are great; but the standard bearer of the dealership is the service department. At times it can be a little challenging to get an appointment (this is understandable though, there is only one in the area), but once you are scheduled, it is VIP treatment from start to finish. Ben and his team of professionals are the reason for the service department setting that high standard. Ben and his team will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. Ben will even hand out his personnel cell number in order to provide periodic progress to the customer while the vehicle is in service. I currently live in southwest Louisiana. When it comes time to service my vehicle; I drive five hours opting to pass Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Shreveport and Houston Audi dealerships just to come to Audi Jackson. Ben and his team are constantly dispelling the myth that customer service is a “lost art.”
1 Stars - I was not satisfied at all. I am still awaiting a call back regarding fixing the scratches on my wheels.
I've had better service at Carmax, Herrin Gear Infiniti and Herrin Gear BMW. They even put me in a loaner that had a bad tire. I had to call my roadside assistance for the loaner.
5 Stars - Confirmed problems with engine oil level sensor. But disappointed that Audi did not have one in stock. Means another trip.....
