Just completed a transaction with Bo and entire process was seamless and without issues.
He and his staff did as they said they would and were very professional.They also delivered truck to
Florida for me.
Bo Haarala has the Worst dealership service I have ever dealt with. I m going to lay this out as short as I can. After I purchased the car I was told that I needed to take it to get the oil changed because it would take them too long and they were busy (selling more shafty cars I presume). I was told that they would order my extra set of keys and get them in within a week (that was fine with me). A week later I had to call them and their excuse was, Oh we just forgot ... really?? what else did you just forget . 11 days after my purchase (2011 JGC) the engine light came on. I was a bit heated to say the least, and I had Bo Haarala take the car to the dealership. I needed a Cylinder Head replacement. For those of you who don t know, this is a huge deal (complete tear down of the engine). It took 2 weeks to get the part in and another 10 days to fix the car. So I was with out my week old car for a month, and not once during this period have I gotten any sort of check up from Bo Haarala Autoplex (when they were supposed to be the people servicing my car). I m guessing that they just forgot so I have taken responsibility.
This guy is the nest dealer in Meridian. Great car service and hospitality
Every weekend we see this guy all over tv for hours. Please stop giving this idiot air time...
