1 Stars - Paw Paws Camper city is the worse dealership to deal with. If you have a trade don't bother, because they don't want them. I had a trade Paw Paws told me had a book value of $32000. They told me to bring in my rv so they can look at it and give me more. This RV is in very good condition. When I arrived they said they don't pay more than 75% of the book value, which they said wad $22000. Obviously they are not good at math either. Had Paw Paw's told me that's what they were prepared to pay, I never would have wasted my time. Stay away. They'll rip you off.
1 Stars - Run away from this place. They are not a member of The Better Business Bureau and for good reason The service department is a joke. They do more harm than good. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I wish I had.
5 Stars - You have selected excellent employees (Jeff and Tim).

2 Stars - Lied about warranty, charged me for work they didn't do and no one there tried to make it right

5 Stars - We cannot praise Paw Paws enough! In January 2010 we had a short in our RV where the shore power enters the RV. Freightliner referred us to Paw Paws. We got to Paw Paws in late afternoon. Dave Treadaway met us and got us parked. He quickly trouble-shot our problem and when it became evident it couldn't be fixed that day he proceeded to get us set up for the cold night ahead. He ran an extension cord to our RV for heat. He even offered to bring us a space heater from his home. He insisted we store our perishables from the refrigerator in the shop refrigerator. He stayed with us until well after eight p.m. trying to isolate and resolve our problem. He reluctantly left us that night but returned early the next morning to work on it some more before his electrician came in. Dave let our three dogs, my wife, and I stay in their waiting room while they worked on the RV. He got the electrician on the problem right away. Many fuses had blown which is what they are supposed to do, but it took quite a lot of trouble-shooting to track down each fuse for each system. Dave gave us regular updates on the status and got us on our way about three in the afternoon. I've praised Dave Treadaway, but everyone at Paw Paws was so gracious. We truly felt welcome. Dave is a Christian who does not hesitate to praise the Lord for his gifts. In short, we were in a bad way and Paw Paws made it as comfortable for us as possible under the circumstances.
