This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever done business with. They are the closest Can Am dealership to my house however I now travel to St.louis powersports for service. When I was originally going to buy my bike I visited negotiated a price waited a month after I was told it would be in within in the week and the ordered the wrong color. After asking what the solution to my problem was regarding the order they told me what I wanted was an extra 500 dollars. After I told them to refund my deposit it took almost a month and half to return to my account. After I bought my Can Am at a different store the day after I found out they had the wrong color ordered, I've returned to this store several times for parts (you don't want canam service here as I am told they don't not have any certified BRP technicians) once I was told they didn't make an XMR 1000 in 2015 (trying to buy an air filter) then I needed clutch bolts while servicing my bike which are one time use (not in stock, how do you service anything correctly without these is beyond me) no oil filters in stock for my bike. This is just the beginning of problems I've had with this store. I've had great luck with service of my Can Am at St.Charles powersports and St.louis powersports. Long of it no follow up by sales and when they do it's incorrect, very shady operation if it is true they do not have any certified BRP technicians. This store is one of the reasons I now have a new Polaris in my garage
Took my bike in to have a new front tire mounted. Told the service guy why I was there and that I bought the tire elsewhere -"no problem. It will be a week, though." Busy season, I understand. so I brought the tire in along with my bike. He looked at the tire for a minute and said that he couldn't install it due to its age. The tire was sold as brand new, and we both agreed that it looked brand new. He let me know that there is a manufacture date printed on tires, and shows me a "01." He said he couldn't install a 15 year old tire, as, even though it looked perfectly new, supple, etc, there could be unseen damage that could cause the tire to shred while using it and he feared for my safety. Printed manufacture dates on tires was new to me, so I took him at his word (more on that in a bit).
At this point I figured I would just bite the bullet and buy one of their tires and return the other one. "I can't even work on your bike anyway," he said. "I dont know the torque specs for triumphs, so I have no way of knowing if I have torqued the nut properly."
Ok- I get that youre busy with a lot of work that is going to pay a lot more than a tire. But at least just say you don't want to do the work. You don't have to act like you can't spend 30 seconds on Google to learn torque specs for a bike that you don't sell there.
Still thinking I would have to return the 15 year old tire, I spent 30 seconds of my own time on Google and found that the week and year of the tire manufacture are the last 4 numbers listed after DOT. My tire was made in 2014.
The guy was either incompetent or just dishonest- either way not someone I want touching my bike. You've been warned.
Today I purchased my first Motorcycle from them and it was a very smooth transaction. I was really scared just to visit them after reading all this negative reviews, so before visiting them I called their store and talked to one of the sales representative and fixed an appointment. while I was waiting for the sales representative inside the store three other salesperson asked me weather I need any help.so other reviewer who were saying nobody came to help them actually was not true in my case.My salesperson Nick helped me a lot to choose the right bike for .It was a /yamaha YZF R3,20015 which I liked the most. and it was on sale however I was able to negotiate another 500 dollars on their out the door price and they even transported the bike in my apartment complex without any extra charge .I am really happy that despite of all negative reviews,I still went to the store and came up with a really good deal...
We was there to buy a motorcycle or sling shot. We was there for 30 minutes and no one helped us. We walked around outside first, an then went inside. No one still helped us. They had people sitting playing on there phones and talking to one another. A man walked up to us like he was going to help us; but he just walked right passed us. Then as we walking to our truck someone tell us to have a nice evening. Really we didn't even get a hello. I was trying to figure out was it the color of our skin? What we was wearing? No one came to see about us or if we wanted anything. I'm not talking about the ones who was helping people.
Still have a dirt bike there that was dropped off 4 weeks ago. They didn't ship a part. Didnt notice they needed another part.......now they're working hard to get it done next week.....that'd be week 5. Lets get going big!!
Now we're at 7 weeks. Still waiting on the last part to fix my oil leaks. 3/5 days turned to 5/7. Now it's two weeks......this is one tuff part to obtain.....nope!!! Please dont use this service department!!

This was the worst experience. In the beginning the crew is very helpful. But literally a week later after I purchased my car, the battery went out and I needed new muffler, 3 new tires, the car didn't have ac or heat, the steering wheel needed an adjustment . Not to mention , I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE because the car slid off the road with smoke coming from the hood in the middle of the night. (No I didn't hit anything)They weren't helpful at all. I had to take taxis to get to work . My car only lasted for about 2 months after I spent 1000 dollars in repairs . Tony and Dans response was "that's not our problem". So I do not recommend them .
I was in serious need of a car detail and came across Indy Motorsports during my online search. They were fairly close to home and when I called they were able to get me in the very next day. (the day of as well if I wanted) I brought my car by about 9:30am- I made a few special requests and they said they would call when finished. I got a call around 3:00pm saying it was ready to be picked up. When I showed up they walked me through the work on the car. It was immaculate. The crew was super friendly and funny to talk to. They have a very clean and beautiful establishment. I would highly recommend them for any car detailing. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
I was looking for a car detailing place to get the interior of my car cleaned. The group at Indy Motorsports were both helpful and courteous. While dropping the car off to be cleaned, I asked for additional detailing work and decided to try full interior and exterior detailing. This was the best service and better price than I would have imagined. Not only did the car look showroom new, but they also cleaned under the hood engine dust and dirt, which looked fabulous! I will bring my other vehicles here when it is time for detailing and cleaning! Exceptional service professionals!
