5 Stars - Outstanding customer service and mechanical service. All of the staff are all professional, knowledgeable, honest, and a lot of fun! Tom, Miller, Kayla and Sea Bass all make buying a bike or stopping in for service or coffee a lot of fun. We bought an F800GS here and I also get my R1200GSA serviced here. It's one of the few BMW shops where they make you feel welcome and are genuinely interested in you as a rider and as a friend. They know that if you feel comfortable stopping in to say Hi and have a coffee or soda, you inevitably buy something! Why can't other dealers (Esp BMW) figure this out and just make you feel welcome and like you want to stop in and just say Hi??? When I go to replace my beloved 07 GSA, I will be going here, no question about it. I couldn't offer a better recommendation or review than that!
1 Stars - I went into BMW Motorcycles Las Vegas to inquire about a used bike they had for sale on their website, I was in the area and saw no need to call ahead since it wasn't an inconvenience to stop by, it was however an inconvenient waste of time.
When I walked in there was a group of gentlemen gathered at the entrance in BMW Las Vegas t-shirts who ignored me and my friend completely, we looked around the showroom and still couldn't find the bike I wanted so we went to go check out their gear selection - this was the highlight of our trip as my friend found a pair of recently released RevIt gloves he wanted.
Someone was walking by, we made eye contact and she didn't even introduce herself she just asked "Finding everything okay?" And I asked her about the used bike so she went to go ask a salesman. He nonchalantly told us it was sold over 2 weeks ago and that was that. My friend put the $180 gloves he was going to purchase back on the shelf and we left.
BMW Motorcycles Las Vegas reinforced the stereotypes and then some for me...I'll take my business to Triumph from now on.
5 Stars - I have a 1600GTL purchased on the east coast. While traveling this winter I had the bike go completely dead in Palm Springs Ca. I called BMW of Las Vegas and the service manager - Miller - was outstanding. He identified the problem, ordered the parts and scheduled me in at my earliest convenience. When he started the necessary repairs he identified a mistake my hometown service manager had made, overnighted new parts and completed the work before noon the following day. The over the top finish was the full detailing of the bike before I picked it up. If I decide to buy a new BMW I will make the effort to travel 2500 miles to buy it in Las Vegas and I'm trying to figure out how I can have all my service done here. BMW of Las Vegas and Miller ROCK!
5 Stars - Great service and easy going, I enjoyed my visit her and plan to buy a bike here in the next couple month.
5 Stars - Came through on a road trip, got the bike in express for an oil and chain replacement. Great work and friendly staff it's only fault is that it's 2200km away
