1 Stars - This dude is a used car sales man turned rip off scooter dealer. Over priced scooters and he doesn't fix anything, only replaces it. Charges 50.00 for a tune up and all he does is change the spark plug and motor oil and does an inspection which he usally finds something wrong that the bike that wasn't a problem before you came to his shop. Just so he can squeeze a few more bucks out of you like charging 15 dollars for a 3 dollar light bulb. Just buy talking to the guy you can tell he is a sketchy dude. Do your research folks before you hand over your scooter to these cons and get ripped off.
5 Stars - i paid for a diagnostic check, shawn found the problem, fixed the issue and wen't the extra mile, i couldn't be more satisfied. thanks procell
2 Stars - Bought a drive belt from him and it snapped two weeks later. Found out i payed to much fpr it anyway. Before u buy from him call around to other places and u WILL find the same thing cheaper from other shops this guy is a bad bad man
1 Stars - I bought a brand new scooter from this guy. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge in scooters! He sold me some piece of tawinese crap! He charges FIFTEEN bux for a LIGHTBULB!! I found I could get them at 3 bux a pop!! He tries to tell you that everything is special order and it takes MONTHS to get into his cruddy shop. I took this scoot home and I've had nothing but problems from the start. He gives you a 30 day warranty. 30 day warranties are for clocks and radios!! NOT for a motorbike!! DONT trust this guy any further than you can spit a rat!! Oh yeah, dont get stuck in his "layaway" plan. With the interest after 90 days, I ended up spending about $1200 for an $800 scooter!! That's with NO add-ons, and no extras. If you dont ever want to get ripped off, DO NOT go to this jerks place. DONT put anymore money in his pocket. He's a thief and a liar!!
5 Stars - Shawn is the best! Period. I have dealt with a number of "mechanics" and most of them put band aids on your scooter so your back 2 weeks later. He does it right the first time and if needs more work he will find the issue. He has kept my scooter running and you can price shop all you want but if the term you get what you pay for ever applied it does here. He goes the extra step to find the problem and makes sure its fixed right. I had an issue with my starter and even though he fixed it it still was hard to start in the cold morning. He had me bring it back, kept it overnight, and its been 3 months. Starts every time! Say what you want but I will not let anyone else work on mine.

5 Stars - Outstanding customer service and mechanical service. All of the staff are all professional, knowledgeable, honest, and a lot of fun! Tom, Miller, Kayla and Sea Bass all make buying a bike or stopping in for service or coffee a lot of fun. We bought an F800GS here and I also get my R1200GSA serviced here. It's one of the few BMW shops where they make you feel welcome and are genuinely interested in you as a rider and as a friend. They know that if you feel comfortable stopping in to say Hi and have a coffee or soda, you inevitably buy something! Why can't other dealers (Esp BMW) figure this out and just make you feel welcome and like you want to stop in and just say Hi??? When I go to replace my beloved 07 GSA, I will be going here, no question about it. I couldn't offer a better recommendation or review than that!
5 Stars - I have a 1600GTL purchased on the east coast. While traveling this winter I had the bike go completely dead in Palm Springs Ca. I called BMW of Las Vegas and the service manager - Miller - was outstanding. He identified the problem, ordered the parts and scheduled me in at my earliest convenience. When he started the necessary repairs he identified a mistake my hometown service manager had made, overnighted new parts and completed the work before noon the following day. The over the top finish was the full detailing of the bike before I picked it up. If I decide to buy a new BMW I will make the effort to travel 2500 miles to buy it in Las Vegas and I'm trying to figure out how I can have all my service done here. BMW of Las Vegas and Miller ROCK!
5 Stars - Great service and easy going, I enjoyed my visit her and plan to buy a bike here in the next couple month.
5 Stars - Came through on a road trip, got the bike in express for an oil and chain replacement. Great work and friendly staff it's only fault is that it's 2200km away
5 Stars - I went there today because I urgently needed tires for my BMW K1600GTL.
It was a Monday and the service department was closed, only the showroom was open. They called the service manager on his private number- being his day off-, and he said they had no tires in stock for my bike as they are in back order. So the sales staff started to call a lot of other motorcycle shops around Las Vegas to find tires for me, they spend hours on the phone and finally found the tires for me.
They went out of their way for me, and did not charge me anything, even not being a customer from them ( I live overseas)
