Avian Burks04/20/151 Stars - I really wanna give them a 0 star review but can't. The lady kept placing me on hold before I could tell her what I needed and finally on the 3rd call I told her I can't afford to wait. She then said what do you want and huffed and puffed while I gave her my tracking info. When she told me where it was she hung up. Not to mention they lost my packageChina Robinson04/22/151 Stars - My transactions were taken care of, but wow the customer service was the worst. Non-transaction clerk beyond rude. The woman cashier with the disgusted sponge bob look on her face was beyond me. She was extremely rude to everyone that approached her, To add insult to injury i called this office from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30p.m. only to get the answering service to call back during normal business hours . . . my call was made on a Tuesday. They suck! All the way around. Thanks for nothing!Marianne C11/06/141 Stars - If I could rate this location with zero stars, I would. Despite watching the clearly incompetent woman fill out our address correction papers, we have been without mail for three weeks. Why? Because she didn't file them. The whole story: We were approved for a new apartment, which was originally N102 at our new address. The apartment managers later apologized and told us it would be unethical to rent that unit to us because of the horrible state the previous tenants left it in. So we were switched to a different unit, M201. At that point, we'd already filed our change of address forms, so we contacted the post office to find out what to do. "Fill out an address correction, or resubmit your change of address online." We went in to this location, watched the woman fill out the paperwork, and left after she told us it was all done and we should receive our mail in the next few days. Three weeks later, we've received nothing. We have updated our mailing address for everything that needs updating, but we still need to receive anything that was already in transit during those three weeks. We called to find out what the hell was going on, and the person on the phone basically told us we were sh*t out of luck. "Fill out a new change of address form." ...We already did that. We were switched to a different apartment literally four days before our move, for reasons beyond our control. Yet, because of one incompetent woman who can't do her job right, we have to go out of our way to file a new change of address for the three different family names living under our roof. Bravo. GREAT job, guys.Nathan Vigrass03/10/151 Stars - No passport photos available as of 3/10/15. Make sure you have a photocopy of your ID (front and back) before you go to get a passport. No clear instructions posted. All in all, a pretty bad experience. Passport hours vary from open hours.Kelly Fleming03/17/151 Stars - Every bit of our mail was delivered, to our neighbor. Luckily, they are great people and brought it over. This has happened before, but not into their hands. The previous incidents have resulted in returns and, just never receiving. Maybe the carrier needs to put down her phone long enough, to pay attention.
