Selena Gomez02/05/155 Stars - I wanted to personally take the time to write a big thanks to Garcia Honda. My experience was easy, fast, professional and just an overall a wonderful experience. I mean this with no arrogance, I sold the Honda product for the 3 years. I love it, I believe in it. My expectations were very high as far as the type of service I would receive. The fact that I got a Sales Consultant who got me so excited and happy about a car that I am 100% familiar with is just showing what a great professional they have on their hands. Manuel Merryman. THANK you for a providing me and my Fiance with such a great experience. From your sincerity and honesty to your warmth and enthusiasm. Daniel and I could not have asked for a more compatible Sales Consultant. A thanks to Manuel's manager Monica Omalley. She is so hard working and gives to all to her clients. There was no doubt in my mind that I wasn't getting the best deal. Daniel and I would like to thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. You guys even stayed there past closing time for us! That kind of service is hard to find and I am certain that I got it from Garcia Honda. Thank you Manuel & Monica. Sincerely, Selena and DanielSamuel Brandt03/01/155 Stars - Very happy with the interaction we had with the folks at Garcia. Manuel was very helpful - patient - not pushy. We are glad to be back in the Honda family with our new Accord.Vincent LaVolpa01/20/151 Stars - I had my timing belt done here. A week later, I'm popping an engine light on. Took it in and they ran a 200 bill, took it home the next day, same engine light pops back on. Took it back in and they say $130, did a little online homework, apparently there is a censor near the timing belt that can break when there's a removal of the timing belt pan. So, these guys broke it, then charged me 330 to fix it. Lessons learned. Should have stuck with Jay Walton...Valerie Conrad10/28/142 Stars - All in all I was very unimpressed with Garcia Honda. In emailing with Toby Garcia I expressed that I wanted to get the best price I could. His response was disheartening. "as im sure you know you will never find the best price.... we all pay the same price for the comparable vehicle and with the transparency of the internet you are splitting hairs.... i always say cusotmers have many choices and they speak with their wallets." As I had another dealership that was willing to give me the quotes I asked for, I sent them on to Toby to see if he would be willing to beat the price. I never got a reply. I planned on going into the dealership on Saturday to purchase a vehicle. Given the lack of response from Toby and the quotes from the other dealership, I went to Perfection Honda first that morning. Monica O'Malley called to ask if we were coming in. I told her that we were at the other Honda dealership and we would have to see what happened there. I also expressed my frustration in not getting anywhere in my earlier emails with Toby. She made the excuse that since he is one of the owners that he is so busy running multiple dealerships. If such is the case, maybe they should find someone to answer emails who is actually willing to work with customers a little bit more. I was still interested in coming by if I felt like things weren't going well at Perfection. As it turned out, things went very well there and we purchased our vehicle. When I got home I emailed Monica to let her know we wouldn't be by and that we were able to make a purchase. In her response it was evident that she had looked at the price quotes I had sent to Toby. In this respect I appreciated the time she took for us. However I felt the response she gave was unprofessional. "Thank you for your email. I hope you paid significantly less than the email that you sent us as those were much higher than current market sales pricing and hopefully they paid you top dollar for your trade if traded as the market on used vehicles is sky high." I feel like she was trying to make us feel guilty and stupid for going elsewhere. Honestly, I am very glad we "spoke with our wallets" at a different dealership.Frederick Chapman10/20/145 Stars - I have purchased 10 cars in my lifetime. I had always felt that I lost out to the salesmen and had been worked over to my disadvantage. Last Friday and Saturday my wife and I visited Garcia Honda to investigate the direction we should take on a 2012 Honda CRV on which the lease was to expire in May of 2015. Monica O'Malley advised us professionally and with great concern that all our questions were answered. She and Ron Lentkowski worked with us for several hours and finally we bought a new 2014 CRV. We felt that we were honestly advised and handled professionally and courteously. They gave us everything we requested. Frank Rodriguez worked with us in signing all the paperwork. Every disagreement we had he worked to achieve our requests. After signing the paperwork, we discovered that our financial institution offered a lower APR interest. He arranged for his loan company to meet the lower APR and we resigned all the reams of paperwork. Every request we made was considered and handled to our satisfaction. I have never experienced such a combination of professionalism and concerned courtesy in 65 years in terms of a car purchase. I recommend these three professionals without reservation.
