Out of roughly thirty voicemails and telephone conversations where I either requested a call back or was told I would be, I have literally never had a call returned back to me. This includes both the junior-level person who has been managing my account, and the service manager. It's been more than a month and a half and the completion date has been pushed back repeatedly over the course of three weeks at this point. Can't wait to never support this business again!
Had my Murano serviced at Destination ...again..and again...and again. Always had great experience. Service done quickly and properly. My car always washed and ready for me right after service. Great atmosphere at the waiting area. And most of all employees of Destination Nissan. I've worked with few service writers and managers, and they made sure my car was checked and fixed only for problem it had. I never felt pressured. I want to point out Ed in Service, who made service at this shop courteous and professional. Great place. I won't service my car anywhere else.
Great experience. Our sales rep. was Anthony Grant. He made buying our 2015 Rogue a very pleasant experience. Decided to get the car the same day. While we waited there was coffee, hot dogs and drinks. We left with our Rogue in spotless condition.
I honestly wish there was a less than one star rating. I went in and told them I was looking to lease a car so I wanted various MSRPs for various models and their rates and additional fee information. Yet despite after numerous times saying I did NOT want to test drive a vehicle I just wanted pricing information, the sales man Anthony Grant gave me no information and instead made me wait over an HOUR to test drive a vehicle that I didn't even want to test drive. His attitude was flippant and blatantly rude whenever my girlfriend would ask him questions. Finally he came back with a price that was unbelievably only 9 dollars more than the price I told him I wanted to pay per month (I hope you can feel my sarcasm internet), magically without ever doing a credit check (shady as hell). Eventually we left but not until the salesperson had aggressively bullied us into putting down a deposit on a vehicle I didn't want, something I only agreed to out of desperation to finally escape the hellish nightmare. I ended up going to Lia Toyota and got an amazing salesperson named Vince instead who didn't force me to take a test drive I didn't want and who sat down and showed me various models and how much I could be expecting to pay at certain levels with my credit score and just how much money upfront would adjust my monthly payments. There was no hassle, no run around, no pain, and I ended up leasing that same day a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla for around $200 a month.
The worst part about Nissan though was that after I called back Anthony about getting my measly fifty dollars refunded, and telling him that I had already leased another car, he made the desperate bid of "Tell me how much it is per month? I'll beat the price."
Um, no. You do realize that's the same as admitting that you weren't getting me the best possible price, don't you? Had you just been an honest man and done right by me to begin with I would have gladly bought a Sentra.
So in conclusion: BUYER BEWARE. I have never had a worse experience at a dealership and it is now over a week later and I'm still posting this in hopes of saving others the same headache I had.
I'm not normally an effusive person, but in justice feel constrained to comment on my buying experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Dee Dee, Devonai, Lennox, John and Eric. The deal I got was so good, I was skeptical until the papers were actually all signed, and I was driving home in my new Pathfinder.

We bought a snowblower here and they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Joe and Andrew spent a lot of time explaining the machine to us. I would highly recommend this dealer.
I stopped in some parts for my motorcycle.. The staff was nice and helped me get what i needed.. Prices were a bit on the high side but is a small businesses... I don't know why some people gave such a low rating...
Called them up for a price quote, was told "we don't have that" and was promptly hung up on. Would not recommend.
Terrible customer service. When I asked to have the sales rep show me the quads he gave me a 2014 Honda pamphlet for a 2016 Honda and told me to read it.
Called Albany Honda. Talked with "Joey". Very rude, immature and condescending. Ha! That dealership is scratched off my list. Most dealerships treat their customers with respect.
