1 Stars - Worst customer service. Never think about contacting them for your driving lessons.
1 Stars - After talking to him on the phone I immediately changed my mind. Will never ever pay this guy for services. I really hope his "business" fails and he rots in desperation.
2 Stars - The owner, Bill should be put behind the bars!!!
The owner who actually teaches how to drive is the meanest man I've ever dealt with in my entire life. This person made me go to the bank to get my check cashed for him and when I refused to pay the extra seven bucks for getting it cashed he got madder. After wasting my 30 minutes in the process, this guy told me that he knew he could deposit the check into his account but he doesn't want to wait for 2 days to get the money transferred. I couldn't afford to pay him cash from another account yet I took the cash out to pay him. To my despair the man kept getting enraged for I dont know what- for goodness sake I was not his employee that he could even dare to yell at when all I was trying to do is find a way (that was acceptable to him)to pay him money. Finally I acted bold and told him that I cant take lessons from someone who is yelling at me before even getting the payment; God knows how he would have acted after getting the money. He tried to rush me to give him the cash but I refused and the guy ended up leaving without returning my driver's permit :'( . It was snowing and I stood in front of his office and all the mean guy could say was wait for 40 min or come back tomorrow to get your permit back. I am going tomorrow to get it- otherwise the police will get it for me. Don't want to deal with this "man- a total failure and a loser in life" ever again. I also found out that he indulged in a fist fight with another student when the student demanded his money back due to his immensely rude behavior. I dont need to give any suggestions to the readers but listen to your gut feeling when you talk on phone- he wasn't polite even on phone and I chose to ignore my instincts to regret later ...sigh!!

1 Stars - Either they were a no show, or late without calling....Anyone wonder if the "cash" payment required is reported to the IRS? Anyone experience the 5 hour "mandatory" driving class, was done in under 1 hour? I've been waiting 3 months for the "promised" refund. This will be reported to the proper authorities and bureaus if the refund does not come by the end of the month. This would include a call to the BBB, IRS, DMV and NYS !!

1 Stars - The person that picked up the phone has no clue about what customer service is. I had asked if the school had just a road test package and he said "I don't know who you are, I don't know how you drive, so if you mess up my car thats the end of my business!" I don't think I even want to know how the instructors are one on one if the guy who picks up the phone calls is like that!
