Phil Ashio03/18/155 Stars - All I can say is wow. I needed a new (to me) car so I got a 2013 used Chevy Impala, because, hey, I'm not a rich guy. My salesman was great, even though he told me he was new, he was very reassuring, and made sure he worked a good deal for me. It even has a certified warranty which I didn't even know about before I went shopping. Before I went to Fuccillo, I went to the big guys in Kenmore and they treated me like I was a piece or dirt. My sales guy (Kenann) treated me with respect and made it fun. Then the Manager Tim Renzoni came out with the numbers and was actually to make the payment lower than where I told them I needed to be. And he is the one that gave me the certified warranty so I have nothing to worry about for a while even though it is a used car. Very nice, put me at ease and helped me with my credit. Give these guys a shot if you haven't. I was expecting loud arrogant employees like their ads seem to be but its not like that at all. They should changer their tv ads to show the small town store they are. Nice job.John Murphy07/21/141 Stars - This dealership is incredibly dishonest and I feel purposefully incompetent. They willing deceive and fail to follow through on what they say they will do. I was told my credit was not good enough and would need a co-owner. My friend agreed and they put the loan AND REGISTRATION in her name. I have no ownership interest in the vehicle and can't register it in another state I've moved to. When I went back to seek relief they sent one of their goons out telling me their commitments were only good for 90 days "to protect" the customer. The price of my vehicle and it's monthly payment continued to go up through my application process. Owner Fuccillo on TV ads told audience all 2011 Chevy Impalas were one price ($11,999) no matter what kind of roof they had. My roof suddenly became $1,000 more costly. Finally $11,999 sale price ended up over $14,000. Stay away. Don't sign anything. Shop for better prices and more reputable dealerships.NICK NAME TUREJIGGA08/05/141 Stars - never will i take my family here again it took us forever to find the place this after about 5 phone call from a woman telling us we could get a good deal after visiting the web site when we got to the place we didnt even talk to this lady we was passed on to a sales person who tried to put us in a very small car and told us it was gonna be okay never mind the fact that my 3 kids could not fit in the back seat after about 45 min we where told they neeed 3500 down and 399 a month and this with a trade in so we told the guy we are going to west herr and he said they will say the same how about this billy we went to west herr and left in a new car 500 down and 250 a month with a kick ass 3 year if anything goes wrong insted of being on tv 50 times a day u should show your sales team how to do buisnessJack Bradley07/21/145 Stars - I am from Ontario and required an emergency repair arriving just after 5 PM on Saturday evening with a broken front wiper transmission. As it was raining hard and not letting up it was something that was in immediate need of assistance in order for me to drive back home. (about a 2 hour trip). I was greeted warmly by your great service staff. In under an hour I was back on the road -repairs all made!!! Well done to all at Fuccillo Chevrolet. Kudos to your service staff. Thanks again. CanadaMarcia Orwat04/29/144 Stars - My experience with Scott Socia was great..He had the Equinox we spoke about when I made the appointment ready for my test drive and proved to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When I told him the car I drove was not quite my "dream car" he and finance director Brian Butski searched stock for an Equinox LT and when they couldn't quite fill the bill we noticed the red one in the showroom. It took a bit to find the right price for my budget but they happily drove the red Equinox out of the showroom and handed me the keys. We did have to wait for quite a while for paperwork to be completed and my 2PM appointment finally ended long after 6 o'clock with me driving home in my new vehicle. The presentation and deal were great but finalizing the deal took far too long. On Monday I returned to get my plates and registration transferred to my new Equinox and Scott had already initialized OnStar and XM radio. He took me through OnStar setup with their rep and explained the features of my Equinox and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This was the best experience I have had with my car delivery from your dealership. (I'm a repeat customer).
