Those people are unprofessional, crooked LIARS! They're inconsistent when speaking to them will tell you one thing one day and another the next. I'm looking into taking them to court due to their sketchy business practices. I suggest recording phone conversations when speaking to them for proof of their LIES! THEY'RE GOING DOWN!
Bought a car from them, had it looked at when I went to test drive, the mechanics could find nothing wrong. Within a week it broke down. Replaced the broken parts to have it break a second time. My mechanic fixed it for free and the very next day I got it back it broke again.
They will sell you lemons. Go somewhere more professional to get your used cars.
I have bought 2 suvs from there , both vehicles were both strong running from the beginning and haven't gave me any issues ! As I read the reviews on here I'm appalled by some of the allegations that some people write . If I'm ever running behind with a payment Jason the owner always works with me until I can make a payment . communication is key when dealing with him. I've never had a issue that couldn't be worked out with him. Stand up guy and understand that when buying a used car you really never know what your going to buy. He gives you a chance to look it over and take it to your mechanic for as long as you feel the need . generally speaking you can't please everyone and go by and deal with them before taking anyone's word off a review .

I went in for an synthetic oil change , new battery and to have my tire sensor replaced . They put regular oil in my car and did not offer to redo the service to what I requested in the first place so that cost me an extra oil change, the sensor that they placed in my tire was still not working properly. I called the service guy and he told me I had a year on the part warranty. I have been in transit moving here from Dallas due to my parents being ill so I was not that concerned. I have called this place no less than Five times in the last 6 weeks with no reply from Stan Anders and so Tuesday I left a message for the General Manager. It is Thursday and I still have not received any contact from this dealership. I drove there today from Black Mountain and was received with an attitude and them offering to do the service again for no labor charge but I had to pay for a part that they put in that was defective from the get go. My car is older and I love it , I will be replacing it soon but you can rest assured that it will not be from this dealership. l have never experienced anything like this in Texas or anywhere I have lived, they really need to work on the customer experience because mine has been awful.
I made an appointment that included a safety recall, oil change, problem with car charging.
I arrived to find out the service tech needed to work on the car charging was out sick. One tech said he would be out 1 day. When I asked for a loaner, I was told he might be out for 3 days and that I should do some of the work today then bring the car back again.
Well, if he was out why wasn't I called to not bring my car in? And, why does a dealership problem become my problem?
This place is no good. I will never come back here. Took my car in at 9 AM for my appointment, and it was still sitting there by 4PM that day. They didnt even look at the car, i want to do no business with these people.
Im only giving this company 1 star cause it wouldn't let me give any less I bought a vehicle 10 months ago and bought a extended warranty for a extra 3000 dollars and I bring it in and they say engine sludge is not covered cause that's maintenance a 90 dollar diagnosis fee that isn't included in the repair price I would not buy a car here they are a rip off also they sold me the car with a bad battery
