It's a shame that such an exceptional business gets blasted by customers who had a bad time.
These guys have been my shop of choice through two cars I've owned. They're prompt, the loaners they offer are a big help, and they would take the time to explain a problem to a customer, rather than assume that they do not know any better and treat them as such.
If Google had a six star option, AAA would deserve that rating
Despite issues with my vehicle's rear brake cylinders, the Clinic agreed to replace the brake lines without forcing the cylinders on the repair. This proved to be tricky, but they still completed the job at the quoted price. As a result, it is now drivable (because my front brakes are fairly new.) They also repaired my fuel line and exhaust for a fair price, while giving me a free loaner. They do finance if you have ok-good credit. Consider this shop when you go in for your next repair because the customer service exceeds expectations!
I am so pleased with Akron Auto Clinic. You can trust the owner, Fred Franks, to be honest and fair with your vehicle and repair needs. I recently had my Lincoln repaired and I am very happy with the work they did. They even cleaned the interior!

Don't waste your money here.
They apparently don't know what they are talking about.
Took my car to find the alignment problem few weeks ago... The guy named "Seth" (printed on his uniform) and the manager(tall white guy) tried to convince me that my tierods are bad and needs replacement although they are in good shape. They gave me a quote of $500 (later I found from other mechanic that the tie rods are good and part that costs $10 must be replaced)
Also, they are very much busy in eating pizza than taking care of customers.
That manager talks as if he knows something... But he doesn't!!
Save money, Go somewhere else.
These guys saved me! Finally a mechanic that doesn't try to rip you off. They loaned me mea car for free while they worked on mine too, I'll never go anywhere else
